Important information:

The building has a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone and a jacuzzi available to guests for PLN 90/1.5 hour. Prior reservation is required and payment must be made at the reception of the Hotel Radisson building.

Po zgłoszeniu awarii prysznica i prawdopodobnym zrobieniu okazało się ze nadal nie działał i to przez 3 dni , podczas wymeldowania informowałem o zgłoszeniu problemu ale nie został usunięty , nie polecam tego apartamentu bez widoku ,ciasne pokoje ,i wiele drzwi dotarcia do mieszkania , lozko fatalne , materac się zpadal bardzo nisko , porażka mojej pierwszej rezerwacji w tym obiekcie , nigdy więcej

Szczerze mówiąc spodziewałam się lepszego standardu.

Zdecydowanie lokalizacja i przepiękny widok ale to by było na tyle jeśli chodzi o pozytywy.

Cons:

Ściany dosłownie z tektury. Słychać każde słowo sąsiadów z apartamentu obok. Niewygodny - wyrobiony już materac. Głośny / buczący sprzęt - ciężko określić co to. W każdym razie bez stoperów się nie obędzie. Obsługa arogancka i niezbyt chętna do pomocy. My akurat nie jedliśmy w apartamencie ale gdybyśmy chcieli to nie było żadnych środków do ewentualnego sprzątania.

Podejście obsługi gdzie był problem z wi-fi ,a pani obsługi telefonicznej która była bardzo nie uprzejma i nie miła,kazała szukać rutera od internetu na korytarzu abym samemu go mógł zrestartował.Po za tym okna się nie otwierały i klimatyzacja nie działała.
Wypoczynek uważam za bardzo nie trafiony w tym hotelu.
