Important information:

The building has a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone and a jacuzzi available to guests for PLN 90/1.5 hour. Prior reservation is required and payment must be made at the reception of the Hotel Radisson building.

Thanks to its location in the very center of the city, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere - however, it is worth remembering that at night, characteristic city center sounds may appear.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Oppholdet ved dette hotellet oppfylte dessverre ikke grunnleggende forventninger til service, kommunikasjon og standard.

Bookingen ble gjort i en nødsituasjon som følge av kansellerte fly under stormen David. På bakgrunn av tilgjengelige bilder fremstod hotellet som et passende valg, men det viste seg senere at oppholdet gjaldt leiligheter (apartments), noe som ikke var tydelig kommunisert ved bestilling.

I forkant av ankomst forsøkte vi gjentatte ganger å kontakte hotellet angående mulighet for tidligere innsjekk, gitt situasjonen med forsinkelser og sen ankomst. Samtlige oppgitte kontaktkanaler – inkludert telefon, WhatsApp og interne numre – forble ubesvart over en periode på omtrent seks timer. Skriftlige henvendelser ble først besvart etter flere timer. Selv kundeservice hos Booking.com lyktes ikke med å oppnå kontakt med hotellet. Som følge av dette måtte vi ordne alternativ overnatting første natt på egen hånd.
Ved innsjekk oppstod ytterligere utfordringer. Tilgang til internett var ikke tilgjengelig ved ankomst, og nødvendig informasjon om dette ble verken gitt muntlig eller skriftlig. Etter gjentatte forespørsler måtte vi selv oppsøke resepsjonen for å få midlertidig tilgang til et annet nettverk. Tilgang til korrekt WiFi for rommet ble lovet, men aldri fulgt opp.
Oppholdet ble også påvirket av betydelig støy på rommet (405C), trolig fra ventilasjon eller rørsystemer. Støyen vedvarte gjennom natten og gjorde det ikke mulig å få tilstrekkelig hvile. Dette ble dokumentert og rapportert til hotellet med tidsangivelser. Tilbakemeldingen fra hotellet var at de ikke kjente til lignende problemer fra tidligere, og det ble ikke vist vilje til videre undersøkelse på tidspunktet.
Først flere timer etter henvendelsen ble det informert om at tekniker kunne se på saken, men da var det allerede for sent samme dag. Det ble heller ikke tilbudt alternative løsninger, som rombytte.

Gjennom hele prosessen fremstod kommunikasjon, responstid og oppfølging som utilstrekkelig.

Pros:

The staff i interacted with are friendly and communicative, the studio at first sight is clean and well equipped with ample natural light and expansive views. However, these are not redeemable qualities for the level of noise transference which is disturbing.
I didn't stay any of my 4 nights due to this. If you are happy being the source of the noise or can book two adjoining apartments to garuntee peace, then it may be suitable. Otherwise it is more of a hostel with curtain dividers.

Pros:

Хороше розташування, привітні люди на рецепції. Відповідає очікуванням, як на фото.

Cons:

Погано працює ключ-картка. Погане перекриття в душовій кабіні, вода тече по всій підлозі. Доволі мале ліжко.

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, super lokalizacja

Cons:

Niestety łóżko było bardzo niewygodne, materac z jednej strony " leciał w dół ". Basen jest ale należy do hotelu obok więc trzeba płacić za wstęp gdzie nie było o tym informacji przy rezerwacji pokoju.

Amazing location and superb apartment. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating.

Amazing location, extremely clean and everything we needed.

Cons:

Directions to get into the apartment after hours (22:30) wasn’t very clear, and we spent about half an hour looking for the entrance. An extra photo/description between picking up the keys from the lock box and finding the door to the apartment would be helpful if arriving after hours.
