Pros:

Yeni temiz bir otel, imkanları iyi, her şey düşünülmüş, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çok çeşitli, lezzetli. Konumu da güzel.

Pros:

Топлата минерална вода!
Почистването на басейните!

Cons:

Най-вече Храната!
Недопостимо беше да чакаме 45-50мин.Като единствени клиенти на ресторанта им!!!
Във 14:45 седнахме за обяд,и наистина нямаше други клиенти!
Храната дойде изстинала!
Забравиха две елементарни филий хляб!

Хубав хотел
Pros:

Чисто и модерно, удобни легла, хубава закуска. Вечерята на блок маса също беше много добра. Външен басейн с минерална вода. Приятна атмосфера.

Cons:

Може да се подобри храната на свободна консумация. Не бяхме очаровани от салатите през първата вечер. Хубавото е, че имаше опция за вечеря на блок маса през втората вечер и всичко беше чудесно!

Приятен хотел, но с малко СПА
Pros:

Приятен хотел с чисти и уютни стаи.
Храната в ресторанта беше вкусна.
Басейните са чисти и водата е достатъчно топла, сауната също беше добре.
Служителите на рецепция бяха любезни и отзивчиви.

Cons:

Локацията - няма почти нищо около хотела, само строежи - нито нещо за разходка, нито ресторанти, малко е в "нищото".
Не ни хареса, че няма закрита СПА зона - вътрешни басейни и място за шезлонги на закрито.
Стаите са нови, чисти, модерно обзаведени, но много нефункционални, особено банята.
Ресторантът за закуска е малък за капацитета гости очевидно, щом масите бяха постоянно запълнени и хората трябваше да изчакват да се освободят маси.
Служителите в ресторанта не бяха особено любезни, много време на изчакване, много забавяне на поръчки.
