Външните топли басейни са прекрасни. Персонала беше любезен , особено момчето при басейните(спасителя). Пак бихме се върнали.

Pros:

Хотелът в хубав, добре обзаведен. В стаята има всичко необходимо - стандартно хотелско оборудване, нищо повече. Спалното бельо - чудесно, с внимание към детайла, но хавлиите и халатите - учудващо много захабени в сравнение с всичко останало, което изглежда доста по-ново.
Закуската беше много хубава, с много продукти и храни, покриващи всякакви вкусове. Впечатляваща беше кошницата с богато разнообразие от плодове - имаше всичко сезонно плюс цитруси. Кафето - еспресо, сравнително добро благодарение на висококачествената кафе-машина, но за сметка на това, заредена с нискокачествено кафе, което просто няма как да даде добър вкус и аромат.
Вечерята, за разлика от закуската не бих похвалила толкова много. Има опит да се даде разнообразие, но то е предимно в салатите и десетртите. Разбирам, че в ден в който има вероятно 4-5 стаи с включена вечеря няма как да се предложи разнообразие от основни ястия, но да имам за основно избор между пилешки крилца и кебапчета не покрива представите ми за вечеря и то на немалка цена. Това, което също не ми допадна в ресторанта е, че той е наистина малко помещение с наистина супер малки масички като за кафене и за трима на масата е дискомфортно, а за 4 би било невъзможно да вечерят.
Басейните са страхотни с 4 зони с различна температура на водата. Много ми хареса, че имаше разделяне на зони за пушачи и непушачи дори и на открито. Спа-центърът е само една сауна, една парна баня, душ и две стаи за масаж - не очаквайте повече.

Cons:

Дребните детайли, които разграничават добрият хотел от превъзходния:
1. Диспенсърите в стаята бяха заредени на санитарния минимум, колкото да се каже че има. Добре че си носим козметика и не разчитаме на хотелската, защото за три дни и трима ползватели това беше недостатъчно. Разбирам ако е било пропуск при подготвянето на стаята, но то не се промени и след почистването.
2. Хотелът предлага халати и хавлии за плаж - чудесно! При двама възрастни и дете на 8, в стаята имаше 3 халата размер М - съответно малки за възрастните и огромен за детето.
3. Ако не бяхме попитали на рецепция в късния следобед не се ли прави ежедневно почистване, нямаше да разберем, че то се заявявало с бутон "Моля почистете", който се намирал в стаята, там където се поставя картата за ел. захранване... Адмирации за иновациите, но нямаше как да знаем, че почистването задължително се заявява.
4. За самото почистване и в частност - подмяната на хавлиите. При три ползвани и мокри халата и три мокри плажни кърпи, оставени да съхнат на терасата, тъй като както описах по-горе не знаехме за почистването, камериерката прецени да подмени 2 от 3 халата и 1 от 3 кърпи. На какво основание никога няма да разбера, вероятно...
5. В стаите има комплимент - купа с плодове, което е страхотен жест! Към тях са предоставени и прибори. Още при настаняването ни, видяхме на перваза на прозореца в коридора, точно срещу асансьора куп ползвани чинии и прибори. Тези чинии останаха там до късния следобед на следващия ден и след това бяха заменени със същата такава ползвана посуда от нашата стая, която си остана на прозореца до нашето напускане.

Everything was perfect except no hot water in the shower, which also happened the next morning.
Pros:

We decided to spend a night at Regnum Banya, just for the weekend. The location is perfect, plenty of parking space, the hotel is brand new and feels luxury. Only an outdoor swimming pool, but very nice, with a bar inside the pool. Kudos to the barman - very polite and professional, we had some great cocktails. He also took care of our dinner order, we took the meal to the room - it was a great experience. I have visited this hotel several times, there is significant improvement at the restaurant too - better menu and diversity, the food we ordered was tasty, also the breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were at the pool late, stayed there until 20:30. The temperature at the outdoor pool was not very high, the jacuzzi is quite hot but could be cleaner. The disappointment came when we were back at the room - the water in the shower was mild-cold. We both took a shower anyway, as we were pretty tired. I went to the reception and informed the receptionist about the problem. He didn't seem very worried about it at all. He said he will "forward the problem". I responded that in the morning I would expect hot water. In the morning, the situation had not changed, we had another mild-cold shower before breakfast. I visited the reception again. This time there was a lady, more polite than the gentleman from the evening, but she seemed surprised to hear about the issue. I'm not convinced any information was "forwarded" to her or anyone. Apparently she involved a technician, who "fixed" something, so our last shower before we left was normal.

Приятно разположение на хотела, близо до селото. Закуската е добра, басейните са топли и добре разпределени - детски, голям, по-малък, джакузи и горещ извор. Има малка СПА зона. Интериорът е красив.

Cons:

Съседните вили са прекалено близо до задната страна на хотела (около 4-5 метра от терасите), и в следобедните часове (14:00-16:00) се чуваше ремонтна дейност. Може да се помисли за почистване на пътя към селото, както и изграждане на тротоар.

Perfekt zum Entspannen.

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel, ruhige Lage, gute, helle Räumlichkeiten.
Sehr freundliches Personal, effiziente Kommunikation.
Grosser, gepflegter Spabereich.
Frühstück sehr gut, abwechslungsreich, auch vegetarisch geeignete Möglichkeiten.
Guter Kaffee und Tee.
Wenige km bis Bansko zu Wanderwegen.
