I wouldn’t go back again.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was the bed and linens. Very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t like the restaurant. Terrible food and poor service. Very dark and unpleasant atmosphere. Too small..

Modern Spa in Banya
Pros:

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel situated just outside Banya. Good spa and pool facilities and plenty of parking outside.

Cons:

With the notable exception of one Turkish member of staff the majority of the staff, including front of house, speak little to no English which made most other encounters difficult and confusing.

The hotel is also situated next to and overlooks an extremely polluted river and is surrounded by half finished construction sites. Also note that the nearby spa plays music and runs a light show quite late into the night.
