ひとり旅にはほどよい広さの部屋でよかったです。

The hotel is not bad, the staff is incompetent, and they also don’t speak Japanese well!
Pros:

I liked the room, it’s a pity that the smaller rooms only had a shower. I had to take a superior room, but it was much more expensive!

Cons:

The staff is incompetent and doesn't do their job! They don't tell you about the rules of the stay before checking in! I asked to change the linens since I was staying for 3 days, but they only changed them a day later, after I made a comment! No one warned me that there would be a fee for this. The next day they told me that I had to pay 10,000 yen for this, when I started to complain, they dropped the price to 6,000, during check-out, I said that I wouldn't pay since no one warned me that there was a fee for this (even if your room is the most expensive), then the girl at the reception offered to pay me only 3,000, like at the market)) The cleaning in the room was disgusting, hair remained in the sink after cleaning, not all the trash was taken out!

Pros:

Pulizia, posizione, macchinetta per caffè e bevande calde in reception, rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel aperto da pochi giorni quindi tutto nuovissimo

Cons:

Seppur abbiamo messo la targhetta fuori la camera per richiedere la pulizia, la camera non ci è stata pulita ma solo rassettata.
