Modern hotel with great location
Pros:

Super location and new hotel, really friendly staff. Coffee in the lobby tasted good. Bed was perfect, not too soft or too hard.

Cons:

No proper blackout curtains, room was quite bright from sunrise.

Personale alla reception gentilissimo e sempre sorridente e disponibile! La struttura e camere nuovissime e sempre pulite e la posizione ottima!

Cons:

Camera piccolina ma comunque accogliente ed essenziale, unico problema mancanza di una finestra che si poteva aprire.

Lovely place to be
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and happy to help and chat when needed. They clearly take pride to provide good service.
Everything required is in the room, although the room felt a tiny bit small. The hotel is new and it looks nice and stylishly decorated. I really enjoyed staying and you guys have made our honeymoon very sweet.

Cons:

The eco clean option was a bit unclear/ confusing. we didnt realise we had to put the sign up on the front. Eco-clean didn't really feel like anything was done.

This wasn't really an issue overall.

the elevator button was a bit tricky!

Great deal in the center of Kyoto
Pros:

This is small, freshly opened hotel with a great location (10 min walk to Nigiri Marker and 20min to the Maruyama koen Garden). The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

The only one thing that we can say but this is for the people who are lighter sleepers and with extremely sensitive eyes, the cover for the window was not dark enough (i.e. there was one however light in the morning was coming through) .

Very comfortable bed and new facilities. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful

An excellent place to stay when visiting Kyoto
Pros:

It was in a great location, easy to walk, bus, or Metro to city sites. It was a very clean room, excellent shower. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful.

Super fijn verblijf met ruime kamers. Aanrader!
Pros:

Voor Japanse begrippen ruime kamer, schoon en sfeervol. Goede ligging. Super vriendelijk personeel. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig, fijn voor op doorreis. Gratis koffie en thee in de lobby.

Cons:

Geen klachten. Heel fijn en zal het aanraden.
