All activities were additional charge and not guaranteed availability depending on how busy / full they are with members. Not enough sun loungers to deal with busy times. Pool menu is expensive.

Nette Mitarbeiter an der Poolbaar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Bezug nicht gut gereinigt und in der Dusche ein stinkender Filter. Im Bad sind keine Handtuchhalter. Die Gästetoilette in der Nähe des Frühstücksraums war regelmäßig dreckig bzw. vollgepinkelt.
Das Frühstück ist langweilig bzw. hat wenig Variation!
Die Rezeptions-MA kennen sich nicht gut aus.
Das Hotel ist einfach schlecht geführt, da der Service spürbar schlecht ist. Das Hotel hat max. 3 Sterne verdient und ist für dieses Servicelevel viel zu teuer! Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!!
Dass zum Einchecken für 6 Tage Aufenthalt eine Kaution von 900 € hinterlegt werden muss, war bei Buchung weder angekündigt noch ist dies gerechtfertigt! M.E. echte Abzocke!

Un bel endroit, de belles piscines, un bon petit-déjeuner mais ne mérite pas 4*.

L'environnement, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Les accès mal indiqués (à la chambre et de la chambre au patio pour le petit déjeuner), dans la chambre, la mauvaise organisation peu pratique (toilettes et placards en bas), flacons non remplis et manque de kleenex (pour un 4*!), lits peu larges, clients qui réservent leur transat à la piscine et jouets télécommandés et bruyants allant dans la piscine : un peu trop de tolérance de la part du personnel pour des clients sans doute membre à l'année, restaurant patio tristounet.

Rien ne correspond pas a un 4 étoiles et j 'ai été hôtelière je sais de quoi je parle .C'est la raison pour laquelle après mon arrivée et la visite de l hotel et des installations je suis reparti Piscine et restaurant a peu près a 500M ,spa , golf tout a l' avenant J'ai donc payé ma nuit 180 euros pour pour 1 h ,ce que je ne contexte pas. Par contre comme conseillé lors de ma reservation j avais réservé un massage pour 16 h le jour même annulé par mail a13h( car leur tel ne répondait pas) et je constate aujourd'hui qu' on m'a chargé le prix total de la prestation 100 euros, Je ne considère pas cela comme trés commercial, par conséquent je vais déconseiller cet hotel a tous mes amis golfeurs et autres relation

Het hotel bied geen gezelligheid, het ontbreekt compleet aan hotelgevoel.
Pros:

Het zwembad, met voldoende ligzetels, de handdoekservice. De bijhorende bar en het uitstekende restaurant met mogelijkheid tot iets te eten op deze plek.

Cons:

Het ontbijt, zeker voldoende en lekker, maar je kon niet buiten ontbijten, enkel binnen in een donkere ontbijtruimte, zeer ongezellig, Het voelde aan alsof een bedrijfsmeeting. Op onze terras hadden we zicht op padel en tennis terreinen. En dat voor een hotel waar een golf rond ligt...Alles ligt ook ver van elkaar, en je loopt doorheen fabrieks achtige hallen met tennis terreinen en padel tereinen om naar het ontbijt of het zwembad te gaan.
