Excellent location . Apartment very spacious and facilities were superb. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Highly recommend to others and hope to be back

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and needs improvement. Additionally, the heating temperature in the apartment could not be adjusted, and the bathroom heating was not functioning.

Jak za te pieniądze to hotel poza widokiem i ładnym apartamentem nic nie oferuje
Pros:

Piękny i czysty pokój, widok na Motławę rewelacja. Duże okna z tarasem na piękny widok.

Cons:

Hotel Deo Plaza jest dobudowaną częścią Hotelu Radisson, co niestety wprowadza pewien chaos w organizacji zakwaterowania. Korytarze tworzą labirynt, a aby dostać się do recepcji czy na basen, trzeba skorzystać z dwóch wind, łatwo się zgubić. Brak szlafroków, są tylko dla gości hotelu Radisson , a korzystanie z basenu jest dodatkowo płatne, dla trzech osób kwota przekracza 200 zł. Obsługa SPA pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.

Dodatkowo, po godzinie 20–21 dzieci i młodzież nie mają wstępu na obiekt – w naszym przypadku dotyczyło to 14-letniego dziecka. Recepcja Deo Plaza nie była świadoma tych ograniczeń, a cała sytuacja spowodowała sporo nieprzyjemności. Na szczęście udało się wydłużyć nasz pobyt, dzięki czemu mogliśmy oddać pokój po godzinie 14 i skorzystać z basenu następnego ranka zamiast poprzedniego wieczoru.

Śniadania w Deo Plaza nie są serwowane, nawet jeśli byłyby wykupione, trzeba by korzystać z restauracji w Hotelu Radisson.

Ogólnie miejsce jest w porządku, jednak przy następnym pobycie zdecydowanie wybralibyśmy Hotel Radisson zamiast Deo Plaza.

Ei syöty hotellin aamupalaa. Sijainti todella hyvä. Lähellä ravintoloita ja pieni kauppa mistä sai tarvittavat perustarvikkeet

Miejsce i widok z balkonu

Cons:

Jakość obsługi na recepcji. Pan był nie miły i opryskliwy. Troche tak jak by go nie interesował klient i sytuacja w której przez brak informacji klient sie znalazł. A wystarczyło spokojnie próbować rozwiązać problem z parkingiem i mowic ze to system i ze przepraszamy ale nie mamy na to wpływu itd.

Przepiękny przestronny apartament Z pięknym widokiem i tarasem 3 łazienki rewelacyjna lokalizacja wszędzie naprawdę blisko , zlokalizowane biuro dosłownie pod nosem więc naprawdę rewelacja bardzo miła obsługa w biurze parking pod Ziemny bliziutko. 🥰

Minus Taki że w poniedziałek od godziny ósmej było bardzo głośno w apartamencie Pod nami ktoś wykonywał jakieś prace stolarskie przez kilka godzin więc nawet zatyczki nie pomagały to taka uwaga na przyszłość 🙌
