Pros:

Apartament naprawdę czysty, lokalizacja świetna, widok na całą Mołtawę, można fajne spędzić czas ze znajomymi, posiedzieć na balkonie.

Cons:

Na minus zdecydowanie chaos w recepcji- każdy zajmował się czyms innym, chaotyczne tłumaczenie dojścia do apartamentu (ostatecznie same jakoś doszłyśmy), w sypialni bardzo zimno w nocy, nie da się przestawić klimatyzacji, w recepcji nic nie mogli z tym zrobić. Woda pod prysznicem to loteria, na krótki pobyt nie przeszkadzało nam że w 80% czasu była zimna, ale dla rodzin z dziećmi no nie bardzo. Brak uprzedzenia że SPA reklamowane do apartamentów to SPA hotelu Raddison trzeba za nie płacić, ludzi w SPA od groma, nazwa nie powinna być myląca jak apartamenty same nie posiadają SPA. Ogólnie wyjazd udany, ale obiekt do poprawek

Great location - Modern Clean Apartment in the Old Town - Would stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent - View over River and Old Town was amazing also very close to restaurants.

Cons:

Swimming Pool is small and an expensive extra cost at approx. 100 euro for a family of 3 for 90min -

Można śmiało wracać
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadania, ale wokoło dużo możliwości wyboru.
Duży przestronny apartament 123 z widokiem na ulicę, choć bezpośrednio na restauracjami to po zamknięciu okien było cicho i nie słychać hałasu wieczornego. Na przeszklonym tarasie można posiedzieć i spokojnie obserwować ruchliwą uliczkę. Kompletnie wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Czysto.

Cons:

Informacja o basenie trochę wprowadza w błąd, bo to nie basen obiektu, a możliwość skorzystania odpłatnie (z rabatem) z przylegającego do obiektu hotelu (jest wewnętrzne przejście). Parkowanie kosztowne - płatne parkingi wielopoziomowe.

God plass, midt i smørøyet!
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet, masse restauranter rett ved, men likevel stille. Rent og pent.

Cons:

Savnet mer innredning/møbler på balkongen, samt belysning. Møblene der var litt små og vonde å sitte i.
Soverommet med to enkelsenger er uten vindu.
Nøkkelkortene fungerte ikke i heisen, selv etter at vi fikk et nytt, så vi måtte ta trappa.

Good location and service, but the non-functioning air conditioning was a significant disappointment

The apartment was modern, clean.
The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and public transport.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and responded quickly when we reported the issue with the air conditioning.

Cons:

Overall, the apartment was clean, well located and otherwise met our expectations.

However, one of the main reasons we chose this apartment was because it was advertised as having air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working throughout our entire stay, despite being reported immediately. A technician confirmed that the unit could not be repaired, and we were only provided with a portable fan.

With outdoor temperatures close to 30°C, the apartment became very warm, and the fan was not an adequate substitute for air conditioning. This significantly affected the comfort of our stay.

To their credit, the staff were polite and responsive, and after some correspondence they offered a 15% refund as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, I personally feel it did not fully reflect the inconvenience caused.

If air conditioning is important to you during the summer months, I recommend confirming that it is fully operational before your stay.
