Breakfast: very limited choice, you have to wait for the staff to bring you food, cups, plates ets. Not a buffet

Milk and cereal unlimited. Breakfast starts at 8:00, the employee showed up at 8:20. Probably it would not matter, if I did not have a ferry in the morning
Staff basically doesn’t exist. The same lady who served breakfast was opening the door, giving advice, etc.
the actual reception person come on some afternoons when they expect arrivals
We stayed there 6 nights, I saw him twice

We loved our room
The bed was big and comfortable
It was quiet and we had a nice view of the sea and surrounds.
The staff were always available in the hotel and on WhatsApp to assist us. Clear and friendly communication.
We stayed 2 weeks and it felt like home.

Pros:

Insgesamt waren wir fast 3 Wochen im Axsur zu Gast, da wir auf unser Auto warten mussten und die Fähre Verspätung hatte.
In der ganzen Zeit haben wir uns im Axsur sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sauber, komfortabel, liegt günstig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Zur Abreise wurden wir sogar umarmt.

Não foi ruim mas poderia ter sido melhor.

Cons:

Uma das funcionárias nada simpática e quando fiz a reserva não sabia que o café da manhã não estava incluído. Fomos tomar café e a funcionária veio falando alto que não paguei pelo café. Cada café da manhã é 15 dólares.

De kamer was ruim, schoon en had alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt was heerlijk en ruime keuze. Het mooiste van alles is dat ik mijn camera was vergeten in de taxi naar de bus terminal en toen heeft het hotel contact gelegd en mijn camera terug gekregen! Echt super dankbaar, top personeel, heel behulpzaam en een top plek.
