Ótimo custo benefício e localização
Pros:

Acomodação e banheiro muito bons com secador de toalhas. Favoreceram o check in antecipado. Varanda disponível.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt
Pros:

Top Lage, perfekt um Mailand zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen zu erkunden. Gute Ausstattung, schönes Bad und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Pros:

We just left from our 3 night stay in this exceptional suite. I only have to say nice words about them they were extremely helpful and always responding on time when were sending them questions. I also like to especially thank Cris for her hospitality, who was always eager to help us with whatever we wanted. (Even when i had a headache and asked for a tablet of paracetamol, she personally saw that there was a tablet in the reception). She was extremely kind, polite and professional. It rare to find such good people these days. Lastly, i would strongly recommend this place due to its location since it is near the Milano Centrale station and all the transportations and trips (Lake Como, Lake Lugano etc) are very easy to take.

Pros:

Le uniche cose positive di questo soggiorno sono state la bontà del caffè che ci è stato offerto, l’acqua prontamente calda in bagno e la vicinanza alla stazione, perfetta per le nostre necessità.

Cons:

L’accoglienza da parte della receptionist il primo giorno, per niente attenta alle nostre richieste, a malapena capiva qualche parola in inglese.
La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare. Appena arrivati in camera abbiamo notato dei capelli sul letto, ingiustificabile al momento del check-in. Pulizia giornaliera della camera non effettuata.
Aria condizionata inesistente. La prima notte abbiamo chiesto il telecomando del condizionatore e ci è stato detto che non c’era. Fortunatamente poi con il termoarredo in bagno abbiamo riscaldato la camera.
Deposito bagagli assente.

Wer nicht die Services eines Hotels benötigt, ist hier gut aufgehoben
Pros:

Da ich vorher angefragt hatte, konnte ich schon um 14:30 einchecken und es war zu der Zeit jemand an der Rezeption, die anscheinend nicht durchgehend besetzt ist. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war in gutem Zustand und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gab in dem Zimmer einen Wasserkocher und eine Krups Dolce Gusto Kapselmaschine. Obwohl ich technisch versiert bin, ist es mir aber nicht gelungen diese zu benutzen. Höchstwahrscheinlich war sie defekt. Da zu der Zeit keiner an der Rezeption war, konnte ich auch nicht fragen.
