Cons:

Wifi hat nicht funktioniert, offenbar schon seit Tagen. Ich hab einen Businesscall per Video verpasst. Sehr, sehr ärgerlich

Nice,.clean and modern room.

Cons:

Wifi was slow and spotty.
Bath drips water on the floor despite the door being closed.
Hot water (electric thermotank) runs out quickly for more than 2 people.
The entrance door mechanism is quite complicated, if you don't have internet on your phone, you.are locked out.

Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, schlechtes Zutrittsystem im Falle leeren Akku
Pros:

Die Hotel-Einheit verfügt über 6 Zimmer und einer Suite. Der Flur ist an der nur temporär besetzten Rezeption Videoüberwacht.
Das Zimmer 6 verfügt über einen mit einem raumhohen Raumteiler getrennten Sitzbereich und dem Doppelbett. An diesem Raumteiler ist auch Bettseitig ein Fernsehgerät montiert. Aus dem Sitzbereich ist keine fernsehen möglich.
Der Sanitärbereich wird über eine Schiebetüre betreten. Im ersten Raum befindet sich nur ein Waschbecken. In den nächsten Raum gelängt man über eine herkömmliche Drehtüre. Hier sind Bidet, WC und Tusche vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Zutrittssystem zum Gebäude ist schlecht. Zum betreten des Hauses muss man erst an der Gegensprechanlage anläuten und dann über das Handy einen Link öffnen. Erst dann geht die Haustüre auf.
Der Zugang zur Hotel-Einheit und zum Zimmer erfolgt hingegen über eine Zimmerkarte.
An der Rezeption sitzt eine Dame die auch für die Zimmerreinigung verantwortlich ist. Bei 5 Nächten habe ich nur eine Reinigung veranlasst.
Die Lage ist sehr sehr ruhig. Am Abend, Freitag und Samstag, hört man Live-Musik von dem darunter liegenden Lokal und gegen 3 Uhr werden vom Hotel gegenüber die Wäsche abgeholt. Kaum Autoverkehr.

Accoglienza e check in solo in inglese (siamo a Milano!); camere con pareti sottili percui si sente veramente tutto.

Propriété au top, chambre très confortable. Bien situé à proximité de la gare. Bon rapport qualité prix. Instructions check-in claires et facile. Personnel réactif (sur WhatsApp pour nous).

Cons:

Check-in sur place avant 23h, check-in sur WhatsApp jusqu'à minuit. Supplément à payer pour le check-in tardif. Je n'avais encore jamais expérimenté cela, mais bon, on s'organise quand on est mis au courant en temps et en heure.

Perfect location near Milan Centrale in a very nice neighborhood
Pros:

Perfect location especially if you need to be near the central train station in Milan and metro or if you need an easy way to get to Malpensa aiport so very convenient for sure. . Huge plus was it very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood / area was very nice and lively with restaurants by your feet literally. Was not expecting that being close to the cantrale station but it was a very pleasent surprise.

Cons:

Since arriving to milan little after dinner time due to delayed train from the south of italy there was noone at the reception when we found the finally apartment around 21 09 (9pm) and it was not very well marked on the outside. Thankfully someone from the staff sent us updates and instructions via WhatsApp in the order to enter in the building and into the apartment etc. It was abit stressfull not knowing beforehand that the reception was not open when we were expected to arrive between 19-20 which ended to be around 9pm due to unforseen situation with the train we came with had a delay for about an hour. Also we did not find any remote control for the tv and it being evening we had no way of asking for that to be solved. It would have been very nice to have access to a relaxing tv time before bed after a long day of traveling.

Соотношение цены и качества. Отлично подходит, если надо просто переночевать. Все новое и чистое. Местоположение отличное. Персонал хороший. Особенно Lynzee молодец! 24 часа на связи!

Cons:

то что check out время в 10 часов. И об этом не предупредили до бронирования
