A lovely, convenient stay in a clean, modern space with a wonderful staff
Pros:

It’s centrally located, new, and impeccably clean. There’s also a lift, which made getting around with luggage effortless, and Chris was an absolute delight! Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Pros:

Only good think it’s location to train station

Cons:

1. They charged you more than expected for the city tax
2. The ac doesn’t work correctly
3. The walls are full of stains
4. Hot water takes a while to come

Good for travellers who need a hotel for one night
Pros:

The room was clean and had A/C (really hot weather in Milan) so in that sense it was a good place to stay for one night.

Cons:

The hotel had a very strange system to enter the building from the street. There was no code, no key given to us so we had to call someone to open the main door remotely. We even had to call this person in the middle of the night when we came back from a restaurant!
