Pros:

Le lit était confortable

Cons:

Pas de service d’accueil, pas de petits déjeuners (attention annonce mensongère, ce n’est pas un hôtel, c’est uniquement une chambre à louer). Manque d’équipements fonctionnels : pas de porte serviettes, pas de tablette, de place pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain qui est minuscule. Balcon qui communique avec les autres chambres. Une 1/2 heure de marche pour aller jusqu’au centre historique (bons marcheurs), pas de commerce à proximité.

Nous avons réservé un hôtel sur Booking.com, mais se n'est pas du tout un hôtel, il s'agit d'une location de chambre.
Pas d'accueil, pas de petit déjeuner et rien à proximité pour le prendre.

Pros:

Self check-in molt àgil i comunicació amb el personal molt pràctica per whatsapp (amb recomenacions incloses!) Smart tv i banyera a l'habitació.

Cons:

Llluny del centre i de la platja (25 - 35 minuts a peu). Ens va costar trobar l'entrada el primer cop que vam arribar-hi, no esta ben senyalitzat (has de baixar unes escales darrera uns garatges).

Za jednu noć provedenu ovdje mogu reći da jedino što mi se svidjelo je bila kada koja je bila stvarno super i velika.

Cons:

Izlazak iz kade koja je bila dobra je poprilično nesiguran, vrlo lako se možete udariti u tv koji visi između kade i kreveta.
Vrata od balkona se teže otvaraju, balkon nema nikakvu privatnost, nema nikakav paravan sa balkonom od susjedne sobe.
Cijena nije u skladu sa ponuđenim.
Doručak u objektu ne postoji.
Sve u svemu, jako tužno.

Une chambre sympathique. Le parking pour voiture est très bien et le personnel est à l’écoute et très accueillant :)

Chambre trop petite avec peu d’espace pour les valises, un quartier bof et une Clim qui ne fonctionne pas très bien

El alojamiento es bonito, pero le faltan funciones de apartamento como una nevera, una cafetera…El edificio está nuevo pero aún encuentras algunos detalles a mejorar, zonas comunes con mucho calor y la puerta exterior no cierra bien. La zona por la noche da un poco de miedo. Las anfitrionas muy majas y muy atentas.

Cons:

Dit mag geen hotel heten. Een kamer in een buitenwijk, in een niet afgebouwd pand, met brandblussers in het karton, met een hippe inrichting die totaal niet praktisch is omdat je je hoofd stoot aan de mega televisie en je je niet even kan douchen na het strand zonder het halve appartement nat te maken, waar je je spullen niet kwijt kan en het “ personeel” eerder lijkt op een ai gestuurd call center … op zeker een half uur van de oude stad in een nietszeggende buurt. Kortom, het heeft niets van een hotel, is totaal onpraktisch ingericht en niettemin behoorlijk duur.

La literie confortable, la taille de la baignoire, la climatisation. Les rideaux occultant

Cons:

Attention ce n’est pas un hôtel mais des chambres dans un bâtiment. Pas de restaurant, pas de petit déjeuner sur place, pas d’ascenseur. La zone autour du bâtiment.

La chambre jolie mais petite.

Cons:

Il est regrettable que cet établissement apparaisse dans les filtres "hotel" car ce sont uniquement des chambres.

Nous n'avons pas retrouvé les modalités d'un 4 étoiles et avons demandé un relogement. Merci à Booking pour le suivi
Pas de réception physique, pas d'ascenseur, pas de coffre fort, pas de petit-déjeuner sur le lieu...

C'est une bonne alternative selon votre souhait de logement mais il faut bien vérifier les prestations incluses.
