Good value and comfortable but could do with some improvements
Pros:

It’s comfortable and pleasant for the cost

Cons:

Attention to detail, no bins in room, little things hanging off here and there. Things like black left in corridor under open stairs. The bin in kitchen not being removed and replaced after a few days. No one clearing freezer from previous occupiers etc. it gets confusing. There should be a policy that whatever is left will be thrown away to make space and for cleanliness for next guest. The cleaning isn’t very thorough.
The from door isn’t secure if you push it firmly it will open, thank God there’s another door to get through.
Those were just a few things that can be done to improve the guest experience.

we entered on the first night, was there 1 hour and left, no refund given
Pros:

nothing, untidy, un secure doors, and unmarked footwells in the dart hallway on entry dangerous

Cons:

was dirty, other guests were not pleasant and facilitys were not good

Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights in a single room at Seaside Coastal Rooms in Hawthorn while working in the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and quiet — ideal for a work trip. The host was welcoming and made check-in easy. Great coastal location with lovely walks nearby. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.
