Hôtel à fuir que ce soit pour les équipements ou le personnel.

Le départ.

Cons:

Personnel violent, désagréable et voleur. Il nous a promis une chambre avec balcon mais une fois sur place il nous a donné une chambre au sous sol sans fenêtre. Quand on a demandé à annuler la réservation pour changer d’hôtel il s’est énervé et nous a empêché de sortir de l’hôtel en fermant les portes et en appelant la police nous disant « c’est mon pays je fais ce que je veux » et en se permettant de nous toucher pour nous retenir.

Unfortunately, I booked two rooms. The first room was supposed to be 35 square meters and the second 33 square meters, as stated on Booking.com, but they gave us rooms no larger than 11 square meters. They also charged my brother an extra $35, claiming they would give him a better room, but they didn't, and they didn't refund the money. When I contacted them, they said the hotel owner took the money but would return it. Unfortunately, their service was dishonest and deceitful to the guest. Regrettably.

Персонал просто супер!! Расположение неплохое. Завтраки на террасе с видом на Босфор.

Cons:

Номер намного меньше, чем указано в описании. Совершенно не 26 м кв. Балкон, одно название. Перила, на расстоянии 20 см от двери. В номере очень сильный запах плесени.

die Dachterasse zum Frühstücken, das Frühstück an sich sehe lecker und vielfältig.

Alles war sehr schön. Anfangs komischer Gerich im Bad.
