The perfect hotel with perfect staff.
Pros:

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, every little thing has been carefully curated.
The staff have been trained to a very high degree, each one greets you with a warm smile no matter what their position in the company is.
I wish I could remember the names of everyone .. sadly, it’s not possible but I will give a special thanks to Amoceim and Wit who went the extra mile each day and to those I haven’t mentioned .. you are all very special.

Beautiful, classy hotel!
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel. Staff are all professional. Easy to get car ride. Rooms are clean, very nice!

Cons:

Food service at the Bar Lounge on 38th floor is very slow. This is what i can say that needs improvement.

Location right on Airport rail link and MRT- easy to use - dont be afraid - if you can you can use the underground you'll be fine!
Just about £1 each from airport - 30 min.
Hotel very luxurious and relaxing.
Happy 'hour' 1700-2000 - drinks half price. Cocktails beautifully made.
Breakfast very good - dining area busy but works well.
Outside front of hotel in evenings is an open air food mall. Cheap and cheerful if you're feeling too mean to pay hotel food prices!

Un sejour absolument parfait!
Pros:

Excellent sur tous les aspects de la prise en charge de notre arrivée a l'organisation de notre depart il est compliqué de trouve quoique ce soit de mieux. L'equipe est au top pour la qualite de votre sejour, le petit dejeuner avec ces stands des 5 continents réjouira chacun d'entre nous !

Tout etant parfait, il est difficile de trouver un point negatif !
