Pros:

After a year we stayed again for a few nights. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast fantastic.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we experienced the same issue this year as last year, in a different apartment. Despite running the AC at 23°C on MEDIUM or HIGH for many hours, the room remained very humid. Towels would not dry, and even an opened packet of chips became damp after a few hours.

We then lowered the temperature to 20°C and switched the system to AUTO to see whether this would improve the situation. However, the underlying problem appears to be insufficient dehumidification rather than simply the room temperature.

What is concerning is that other guests have also mentioned humidity and AC-related problems in their reviews on Booking or on Tripadvisor. This suggests that the issue may not be limited to a few rooms.

The hotel is otherwise excellent, but the humidity significantly affected our comfort. I recommend that the hotel check the AC system and its dehumidification performance.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel staff were amazing throughout our stay.

The location was excellent, right in front of the BTS station, which made getting around Bangkok very easy. There were also supermarkets, shops, and everything we needed close by.

The hotel has two beautiful swimming pools, which we really enjoyed. Overall, the facilities, location, cleanliness, and service were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. We would happily stay here again!

Perfektes Hotel!
Pros:

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal im Phayathai und es ist zur Zeit unser absolutes Lieblingshotel in Bangkok.
Hier stimmt einfach alles. Tolle, saubere Zimmer. 2 Infinity Pools, großartiges Frühstück, direkt an der bts/ Airport raillink. 7/11 in der Nähe. Viele Essensmöglichkeiten.
Besser geht’s nicht, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ne pas prendre les excursions avec l'hôtel un peu cher et pas éthique pour la partie éléphant .

Excellentes Hotel mit dem wohl grössten Frühstücksangebot und perfekter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Excellentes neueres 5-Sterne Hotel, mit Wahnsinns Frühstücksbuffet, exzellentem Service und sensationeller Anbindung zu Shopping Malls und Flughafen. Auch die Pools etc. vom feinsten. Es stimmt alles.

Cons:

Restaurantqualität (Trattoria) entspricht nicht übrigen Hotelstandard.
