Great hotel, excellent connections to the trains.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, great standard. Extremely convenient to get to and from the air with the ARL train. We also had an outstanding experience at the massage spa.

Hotel hyper bien situe, un vrai 5 étoiles!
Le service, le personnel, les infrastructures, les 2 piscines....grand grand waouw!!! 2eme fois que nous avons la chance d y loger et je ne vous parle pas du giganteste et qualitatif petit dejeuner!!! On recommande ++++++

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.

Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe avec accès à l'executive lounge.
Le service a été impeccable de l'arrivée au départ. La chambre était spacieuse, la literie confortable et la vue spectaculaire. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif.

L'accès à l'executive lounge a été le véritable plus. Nous y avons pris nos petits déjeuners en tout tranquillité et profité d'excellents et généreux apéritifs dinatoires.

L'hôtel dispose d'un accès direct au Rail Air Link qui permet de se rendre sans changement de ligne à l'aéroport en quelques arrêts et d'un accès direct au métro. Nous avons pu circuler avec beaucoup d'aisance en ville.

C'est tout ce que nous pouvions attendre d'un hôtel 5*. Nous y reviendrons certainement lors de notre prochain séjour à Bangkok!

Das Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai überzeugt durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage und das sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Personal. Mit dem Skytrain kommt man vom Flughafen Survanabumi in ca. 30min zur Bahnstation Phaya Thai, welche direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden ist. Ebenfalls sehr positiv aufgefallen ist die Hotel-eigene App, dort kann man nach belieben Amenity’s bestellen wie z.B. Wasser, Rasierer, Bademäntel und vieles mehr. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist durch den integrierten Chat sehr einfach und angenehm. Bei der Abreise habe ich ein Ladekabel im Zimmer vergessen, dieses wurde mir ganz unkompliziert an meine nächste Destination weitergeleitet. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr angenehm und dafür möchte ich mich nochmals herzlich bedanken!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr grosszügig aufgebaut, für meinen persönlichen Geschmack sogar etwas zu gross. Das Gebäck war jeweils etwas trocken und falls man Früchte wollte, musste man je nach Sitzplatz ein ganzes Stück laufen.

大致上來說還不錯。早點訂房才比較值得來～
Pros:

App可以叫到大部分你需要的東西。很方便。
地點在BTS跟機場捷運的Phaya tai非常方便
早餐多樣 而且每天都有點變化～

Cons:

吹風機實在是敗筆⋯
還有22樓泳池的水很髒 還有很多漂浮物。有點噁心
連續入住兩天 不是應該給兩天的welcome drink？

A wonderful short break in Bangkok. Now our favourite hotel in the city!
Pros:

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Khun Shin even showed us out of the hotel and all the way to the airport train escalator. The pool and gym facilities are great, and the restaurants are absolutely fantastic. We will definitely come again!

We loved absolutely everything. Their staff were totally fantastic, so friendly and helpful, the best ever. The location is really good, very easy to go anywhere in Bangkok. Room was lovely and spacious. Pool areas really nice as well as pool bar service. We had lounge access and that was also a great choice, food and drinks in very nice lounge were top quality. We will definitely come back. We loved the pool bar in the evening, lovely view and vibe.

Zu Fuss ebenaus in 5 Minuten zur Flughafenbahn und dann in etwa 25 Minuten mitten in den Flughafen. Sicherer und berechenbarer geht es nicht.

Wie in Bangkok üblich, sind auch die Restaurants dieses Hotels leider tiefgekühlt.

המלון השאיר טעם של עוד רוצים כבר לחזור אליו תמורה מושלמת לכסף

ישר שהגענו הצוות קיבל אותנו עם חיוך ולקח אותנו לטרקלין לעשות צ׳ק אין שם באופן נוח ופרטי יחד עם שתייה ונשנושים,המלון היה מאוד מאוד נקי המיטה גדולה החדר גדול המקלחת נקייה הצוות סידר לנו את המיטה לשינה כל יום שהיינו מחוץ למלון והסתובבנו בעיר החדר כושר מאובזר וחדיש הארוחת בוקר בין הנקיות והטובות שראיתי והמגוון בה היה עצום! המיקום של המלון מעולה ובמיוחד מאוד מאוד שהמלון ממש מחובר לתחנת רכבת הBTS ואפשר לצאת ממנו ולחזור אליו בקלות ובזול בלי לבזבז הרבה כסף על מוניות בקיצור מלון מושלם ואני לגמרי אחזור רק אליו כל פעם שאהיה בבנגקוק !!
