Mi è piaciuto tutto, purtroppo mi sono ritrovato con la mia famiglia quando è scoppiata la guerra a Dubai la struttura non è stata in grado di saper gestire il tutto avevamo chiesto di essere spostati in una camera da un piano più basso essendo che ci trovavamo al 23º piano, ma non era possibile e purtroppo con tutti quei droni non era semplice poter riposare , il nostro soggiorno era scaduto ed i voli aerei cancellati è per poter rimanere ci hanno costretto a pagare l’intero soggiorno extra invece di venirci incontro, essendo che avevamo perso aereo e tutto siamo dovuti andare via da quell’hotel per andare in un hotel che ci ha ospitato a spese dello Stato arabo e non a spese nostre

Come anno gestito la crisi che è successa, in hotel di quella portata avrebbe dovuto rispondere nel immediato nelle esigenze dei propri ospiti e non domandare soldi per poter rimanere in hotel

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel qui convenait à nos attentes, l’emplacement est top car tout était à côté
L’équilibre parfait entre la plage et la ville, nous tenons aussi à remercier tous les personnels qui étaient au petit soin pendant tout notre séjour !! La piscine était au top, le petit déjeuner suffisant et surtout le service de parking que nous avons trouvé super. Mention spécial pour le coiffeur de l’hotel M.Rashid qui fait les meilleurs brushing de Dubai ainsi que le personnel M. Mohammed Rashid qui s’occupait de nettoyer les chambres, merci pour vos gestes adorable (fleurs, divers attention..)

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c’est le fait de ne pas avoir de plage privés, et qu’il faut marcher une dizaine de minute avant de trouver un endroit où se baigner car absence de transat en face de l’hôtel. Nous nous sommes rendu au beach privé de l’hôtel Hilton qui était payant (forcément) mais c’est le seul point negatif de l’hôtel, super dommage
