Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe du Sofitel pour l’excellent accueil que j’ai reçu lors de mon séjour.

Je souhaite adresser une mention toute particulière à Karima de la réception qui a été d’une grande gentillesse, très professionnelle et attentionnée. Grâce à elle, mon expérience a été très agréable du début à la fin.

Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé, je me suis sentie très bien accueillie et j’ai été pleinement satisfaite de mon séjour.
