Stylish stay in Leith
Pros:

The hotel has various rooms that differ a lot. Some are quite small, even without windows, some are bigger with windows. It offers basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor. Very stylishly furnished. One has to be aware what one is booking. Very close to Leith centre and to the tram for Edinburgh centre and the airport. We stayed in a small room and then moved to a bigger one.

Cons:

The smaller room was not so comfortable.

Perfect stay, highly recommended.
Pros:

Beautifully presented, well maintained period property. They really thought of everything. Communication was clear and it was easy to get in. The facilities were very clean and well equipped. The bedding was beautifully presented and crisp. I would highly recommend.

Nice to have a supply of coffee in the hallway with alternate milk selection and takeout cups.

Very well presented. Great attention to detail.

Cons:

Minor point, while the tv worked absolutely fine, it was a little tricky getting to the program I wanted. I consider myself quite able to negotiate things like this, but others would struggle and get frustrated.

Vsetko bolo perfektne, aj moznost mat early check in aj late checkout. Celkovo skvely servis, lokalita, tram stanica blizko. Cisto, vsetko bolo za nas skvele a ked sa vratime do Edinburghu, toto ubytovanie vyuzijeme znova.

Struttura molto bella in un edificio storico, con un giardino molto curato. Nespresso all’ingresso a disposizione degli ospiti. Camera piccola ma carina con acqua Thea caffè e dolcetti per gli ospiti. Buoni i prodotti da bagno. Armadietti per i bagagli nel sottoscala sempre accessibili.

Cons:

Non c’è accoglienza e le istruzioni di accesso non sono molto chiare. Il numero di assistenza clienti non è molto utile perché le persone che rispondono non conoscono la struttura. Tariffe accessorie per early check in e late check out. Accesso alla camera a partire dalle 16:00

Great place to stay in Leith (Edinburgh) peaceful and well connected
Pros:

Away from tourists traps and attractions, a peaceful corner of Edinburgh. Each room is different from the other, each named after an historical figure. We stayed in the Queen Charlotte on the ground floor. The hotel itself is a victorian townhouse, with modern fittings and contemporary interiors, including wonderful amenities and toiletries. Its located conveniently between 2 tram stations making it easy to get to and from the airport and highstreet leith. A self serve coffee and tea station in the lobby is always a plus.
They have a luggage room to store your luggage if you either arrive or leave beyond the check in hours making it very convinient to store your luggagge while visiting the city. This is my address everytime i visit Edinburgh from now on.

Cons:

Because of the nature of the building the top floors (1st and 2nd) and the basement are only accessible by stairs making moving heavy luggage a task. So best to take rooms on the ground floor rather than the basement or 1st and 2nd floors.
Everything is remote and online and there is no human interaction except housekeeping that is somewhere on the property between 11am to 4pm and a mobile number to call and whatsapp. Its not bad perse but it lacks human interaction which is frankly not required till something goes wrong. All in all a great place difficult to find fault with. Highly recommended

Super lokalizacja ,blisko do przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego , dostęp do ekspresu oraz mleka owsianego , wrazie deszczu można pożyczyć parasol .Dostepna jest również przechowalnia bagażu .Super kontakt z obsługą która była bardzo pomocna

Brilliant!
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was brilliant and cosmetics were high end.

Cons:

We were staying in the basement room and had a skylight. The only small problem was that were unable to open the skylight to let the fresh air in. Nevertheless, there was ventilation in the room, it wasn't stuffy, so it's just our personal preference.
