Beautiful property in Leith
Pros:

Beautiful property, excellent organisation for check-in and luggage storage. Property is on a quiet street with discounts at local places. Staff were responsive when we had an issue. Good facilities, recommended for a stay in Leith.

The room we got was much smaller than the photos! But I assume they’re all the same price?

I want to steal the ceramics
Pros:

Very good decor, loved the amenities very well stocked room

Cons:

There were some leftover marks/ tape & pen marks from the construction don’t there but it didn’t impact the stay at all

a quick overnight stay in a great location - very comfortable room - would highly recommend

very comfortable bed and room - nice quiet location a short distance from Leith Walk

Cons:

wardrobe did not suit long coats or dresses - coffee machine overflowed because cups provided were too small - would have liked to check in earlier than 4pm without being charged extra for the privilege.

I would book 3 John’s Place, Townhouse again.
Pros:

The location was good. About 3 stops on the tram from StAndrews Square, then a 5 minute walk. It was in a quiet area. The room was very clean and the decor was very tasteful. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely.

Cons:

Our keypad entry worked well but other guests had problems.
