Pros:

部屋がきれいなのと、景観が良い、30分早くチェックインできた。

Cons:

ボイラーの音が船の汽笛くらいうるさい。チェックイン後１時間位は数分置きに鳴っていた。露天風呂の横よ壁から聞こえ会話が聞こえない騒音。ビックリして支配人？にクレームを入れたが、ホントですね。ボイラーの音だと思います。クレーム初めてです。と悪びれる様子もなく。夜中も鳴りますか？とこちらが聞くと、夜鳴っているというのは聞いたこと無いです。保証はできませんがと。は？苦情ぜったい出る音量だよね。そして飲み放題はメニューに載っているのに無いものが2つもありました。お気を付けください！最後にバスタオルは交換してくれません。

客室、ロビーからの景色はよかった
備え付けのアメニティの品揃えが豊富
部屋がゆったりできていてリラックスできた
廊下やロビーがアロマの香り

Cons:

食事がほぼすべて冷めている、保温の機械が潰れてる感じ
食堂内スタッフの配置は多いが逆にスタッフの目線が気になり食べにくい、食事提供時間中からビュッフェを片付け始める、追加提供がない、
大浴場の浴室照明暗く、泡風呂ばかり、泡風呂のブクブク音でリラックスできない

良くなかった部分もありましたが、コスパは最高です！
Pros:

新しく建て直したばかりでとても綺麗で、ところどころクラシックな雰囲気が残っているのも素敵でした。
大浴場に行くことができなかったので、全室露天風呂が付いているのがとても嬉しかったです！
部屋のアメニティがボディーミルクやヘアミルクまで揃っており、驚きました。

朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で、海鮮まであったのが驚きでした。
1時間しかないのが残念でしたが、和歌山ならではの食材が並んでおり、とても美味しかったです。

スタッフの方も対応が良く、親切でした！

Cons:

綺麗ではありましたが、リゾートホテル等に行き慣れている方には安っぽく見えるかもしれないです。
また、仕方ないとは思いますが夜になると寒い時期でも虫（ハエのような蚊のような虫）がたくさんいるのは心地よいものではなかったです。

最高に良かった！また行きたい。
Pros:

とにかくロケーションが最高だった。
ご飯も想像より美味しくて！
こじんまりとしたホテルなのでゆっくり食事も出来たし良かったです。

Cons:

もう少し娯楽的な物が有れば良かったかな？ホテルではテレビを見るか漫画を読むか位しか無かったので…

大浴場のお湯が熱くなくて、温まる所か風邪引くぐらい冷たい、、、、最低でも40℃は、いります。
