Pros:

Very friendly staff, great location and very quick and fuss-free check-in and check-out experience.

Cons:

Only thing is that shampoo was not provided, but shower gel was. So a small point.

Perfect value and hospitality.
Pros:

Elodie and her husband were great hosts. We arrived at breakfast time from an early flight into Paris. We were offered friendly hospitality. Dropped our bags and began our exploration of the very interesting lesser known 13th and 14th arr. we explored the butte aux cailles street art, floral Cite, Montparnasse Cemetery, and over to rue Montorgueil and the pantheon. In the 5th.
The hotel is v close to place de italie so a central position on the left bank. Great value, helpful hosts, family style hotel.

Hôtel charmant
Pros:

La simplicité de l’établissement et l’accueil exceptionnel de la propriétaire. Des prix honnêtes. L’emplacement stratégique quartier de la butte aux cailles à proximité de la place d’Italie. L’établissement jouxte une piscine municipale ( cela pourrait constituer une activité à prévoir pour les nageurs). Pas de bruit, un petit déjeuner copieux à la française ( pain, beurre, confiture, croissant, yaourt, compote). Une propriétaire vraiment à notre écoute et service: suggestions, conseils pour les déplacements etc. Une adresse à retenir

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Je n’y ai séjourné qu’une nuit, mais je reviendrai sans hésiter.

L’établissement accepte les animaux : mon chien Sissi a été très bien accueilli et s’y est senti très à l’aise. Le service est extrêmement chaleureux et humain : on vous accueille avec le sourire et l’équipe reste disponible et attentionnée tout au long du séjour.

L’emplacement est idéal, très bien situé, avec des restaurants et des bars à proximité, ainsi que les lignes de métro 13 et 6 pour se déplacer facilement dans la ville.

Les chambres sont très confortables et agréables. J’ai été agréablement surprise : pour ce prix, c’est plus joli et plus confortable que certains hôtels de chaîne. Le petit-déjeuner avait l’air très bien, mais je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de le tester… ce sera pour une prochaine fois !

Je suis vraiment reconnaissante pour ce très beau séjour.

Pros:

accueil ; café thé dans le salon.
calme de la chambre qui donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment, pas de vis-à-vis et pas de bruit.
lit confortable.
de quoi poser et ranger ses affaires.
salle de bain et chambre propres.
j'avais demandé une chambre simple j'ai eu une chambre double, merci.
proximité avec la place d'Italie et la Butte aux cailles.
sécurisé, présence la nuit.
prix correct pour le quartier et la prestation comparé à d'autres.

Cons:

la chambre que j'avais était un peu vieillotte notamment la moquette, mais c'est une histoire de goût.
cabine de douche étroite, difficile pour une personne corpulente ou de grande taille.
