Leckeres Frühstück und schönes Zimmer, Top Lage

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr schön, aber der Bereich mit der Sauna und dem Outdoor Bad ist leider für beide Geschlechter zugänglich, sodass man Badeklamotten anziehen musste.
Dies fanden wir etwas umständlich, da man sich zwischen den Bädern immer an und ausziehen musste und man jedesmal nass durch die Umkleide lief.

A luxurious stay for an affordable price!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are generously sized with comfortable beds and pillows. The facilities are new and clean and there are great communal areas too.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Very nice design, pretty spacious and very comfortable room. Perfect location of the hotel: less than 5 min to train station and less than 10 min to historic center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t expect basic amenities such as bottled water were not included, which is what I’d expect on standard hotels. No, I did not like going up to 9th floor to get water. It should’ve been included in the room.

พนักงานบริการดีมาก ช่วยเก็บของที่เราสั่งทางออนไลน์ก่อนไปถึงโรงแรมให้เรา พอไปถึงโรงแรมก็เอาของมาให้ทันที โรงแรมใหม่มาก ห้องใหญ่ ราคาไม่แพง ด้านบนมีออนเซ็นบ่อรวมให้แช่ เป็นโรงแรมที่ถ้าไปเที่ยวทาคายาม่าอีก ต้องไปแน่นอน
