Zu gut bewertet für die Leistung- Ausstattung
Pros:

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, Aufteilung der Onsen, Frühstück war eine Frechheit! Jeden Tag das selbe, keine Wärmeplatten, selbst die Pancakes waren abgepackt und nicht frisch!
Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Zimmer (Vorallem Mülleimer) werden nicht täglich geleert! Ausstattung wirkt billig! Onsen liegen direkt neben dem Raucherbereich und dementsprechend riecht es auch nach Rauch!

Onse war schön, Hotel ist brandneu. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind auch komfortabel. Standort optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht für Europäische Gäste ausgerichtet, daher gibt es für mich Punktabzüge in der Gesamtbewertung.

Pros:

Incredibly clean hotel with professional staff and large rooms. The location is nearby the train/bus station and the city center is within walking distance.
Check-in and check-out were simple and fast. The amenities provided are very nice and the public baths are very enjoyable.
Will definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel is super, close to the railway station and walking distance to all sights. Breakfast was good, many options to choose from. Room size was ok and we had a nice view to the montains. Super nice mixed onsen at the top floor, nice to relax after walking the whole day.

Cons:

There was no cleaning every day and you can empty your own trash and towels and leaving them outside in the corridor, not a nice view. There is no hooks to hang your towels to dry, otherwise the bathroom and shower were great.
