Cleanliness and facilities are great.
The welcome drinks and treats are a lovely touch. Front desk and well as cleaning and kitchen staff were all very considerate and helpful. Breakfast selection was great especially the soba noodles.

Great sauna close to town, bus and rail!
Pros:

The facilities were excellent, especially the sauna that allowed bathing suits and the laundry that had a progress status available via your room tv.

Cons:

There is supposedly a 24/7 reception desk but the staff were unclear as to whether they would be available after midnight for a late check-in

Cerca de la estación de trenes y de buses. El personal es muy atento como en todo Japón.

Hôtel de classe très bien situé.
Pros:

Très bien situé à quelques ps de la gare. Chambre plutôt grande pour le Japon. Lits très confortables., tranquille. Très beau onsen, très bien organisé. Personnel très attentionné et parlant anglais.

Cons:

Juste quelques petits détails: il n'y a pas de supports à serviettes dans la salle de bain, ni de panier à déchets.

Takayama old town is nearby, just a few minutes walk away.
They offer tattoo friendly onsen in the hotel Spa in the upper floor with a great view.
They were very helpful with the Takkyubin luggage service.

Comfortable, clean, good location, generous extras - thoroughly recommend
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, lovely onsen on the top floor with spectacular views. Really handy location for the station. Generous breakfast buffet and free drinks in the afternoon. A perfect base for exploring, with a little bit of luxury to come home to.

Cons:

The onsen system was complicated, with a code you had to remember to get back in to retrieve your clothes. We got fed up with the 'muzack'. But these are minor grumbles - overall it was lovely and we thoroughly recommend.

Great location but the beds are not comforable
Pros:

Location, onsen had a nice view, very clean, pretty new.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, very firm. My back hurt in the morning. The breakfast was little disappointing and the table area is too crowded for the large crowds of guests that eat between 7 and 8:30 am.

Hotel exceeded expectations and we had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Great location, super facilities and really friendly staff. Breakfast was also great. Really enjoyed the mixed onsen.
