Location was very central. Staff were helpful.
Walls were quite thin and not soundproof. Room was small.
Bella posizione e bella camera
Colazione molto semplice
Location and WiFi was very good
Bedroom door lock did not seem secure and fiddly to open
It was a nice place and friendly staff 🤌
The beds where extremely hard and the facilities were extremely basic
The only good thing about it is the location, very close to the Trevi Fountain and major bus lines.
The beds were in extremely poor condition—the wooden frames were flimsy, and the mattresses had almost no cushioning, making them very uncomfortable. I often woke up after sliding off due to how unbalanced and unstable the bed was; my friend experienced the same. The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
The bathroom had visible black mold, water damage, and very poor ventilation.
Our room was on the ground floor, right at street level, which made it very noisy. With the AC not working and the need to keep windows closed for security and noise reasons, sleeping was very difficult.
City taxes were required at check-in and, unlike other hotels in Italy, could only be paid in cash—not by card.
There were no laundry services or beverages available for purchase.
Overall, this was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
