Everything was perfect — great value for money. The staff were super friendly, the bed was comfortable, and there was a beautiful view of the mountains. The AC worked well, they always provided bottled water, and they can clean your room every day if you request it.

Easy, no fuss stay.
Pros:

Location made it easy to get around. Only about 15mins to the beach and other areas. There’s also some food stalls and a 7-11 just around the corner.
The apartment was clean tidy and comfortable.

Cons:

All was fine especially for the price.

The property looked nothing like the photos in the advertisement. Although I booked a "Deluxe Suite," the room provided was absolutely disgusting. We actually had two rooms, and both were in horrible condition: dirty, moldy, foul-smelling, and completely uninhabitable.

When we went downstairs to complain, the staff offered no solutions and refused to cancel our stay for a refund. The manager instructed us to check out and request a refund through Booking.com directly, but then maliciously marked us as a "no-show" to block our refund request.

Everything about this hotel was unacceptable. It was unhygienic, and the staff (the manager in particular) were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The listing is a complete lie. I paid for a Deluxe room with a double bed and received a moldy room with two singles instead. We chose not to stay because we were genuinely concerned for our health. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

Świetny basen! Super widok z basenu! Przyjemne pokoje i miły personel.

Jeśli ma się widok na ulicę, jest okropnie głośno, bowiem okna są zupełnie nie dźwiękoszczelne a przed hotelem znajduje się największe skrzywienie w Patong. Pokoje w słabym stanie, zwiedziłem 3 różne, 1 był bardzo przyjemny, 2 był dość słaby a 3 był w opłakanym stanie. Więc zależy na co się trafi.
