Well located, comfortable, cozy, clean and friendly place.
Pros:

Location, size, very comfortable mattress, swimming pool and it was close to the shop. Very friendly staff. Room service was brilliant.

Cons:

I wish there was a small fridge.

No cumplía con nada de lo que pone en el anuncio, no había piscina y la que había está destrozada, no había trabajadores, al ser casas de madera se recalientan muchísimo y no estan insonorizadas.

Pros:

Pour accéder à l'hôtel, la route est typique balinaise, j'ai adoré arriver dans cette endroit calme et plein de charme. La piscine est en travaux mais on peut utiliser celle de l'hôtel innala retreat nusa penida qui est collé à l'hôtel. Le personnel est à l'écoute, sympathique, aidant,... Pour le petit déjeuner, à 2 min à pied il y a des restaurants. Bref, je recommande.

I booked 5 rooms for our group (2 cars) for [check-in date], but when we arrived after a long drive on a very bumpy road, the staff told us there were no rooms available.

We were moved to another property that wasn’t what we booked, and the first night we only got 4 rooms instead of 5. The next day, we had to move again to another place almost 40 minutes away. When we arrived, there was no one to help with our luggage, so we had to carry it up the stairs in the dark.

This caused a lot of inconvenience, extra costs, and was not what we were promised. I think this goes against the booking terms. I’d like to request compensation for the trouble and extra expenses, and I hope you can look into this so it doesn’t happen again.

Séjour agréable pour une courte durée
Pros:

Chambre agréable

Cons:

Trop loin de la plage, difficile d’accès.
Les chants plusieurs fois par jour mais surtout très tôt le matin et tard le soir.
Pas de possibilité de manger sauf au restaurant d’un autre hôtel un peu plus loin.

Place under construction which doesn’t match the pictures. Non resource full owners.
Pros:

Good jungle views and good location, but hard to access and hard to walk at night because of the dogs. None of these issues were mentioned on Booking. Needs serious improvement. Good price because it was under construction (which they don’t tell). Great Pool (from the other hotel)

Cons:

Disappointing. When we arrived at 6 PM there was no one at reception, no body came for an hour and no one could find our reservation — very disorganized and no apology. The photos used on booking are NOT FROM OUR COTTAGE: the cabin is still under construction, and the pool was not usable. We had to use the pool from another hotel next to ours.

The cabin had many issues: poorly working doors, no mirror, bad lighting, and terrible Wi-Fi. Breakfast was basic — only omelets or fried noodles.
