Location is good, but its not clean.
Pros:

It has a good location and you can get fast everywhere even with public transportation.

Cons:

Place is not cleaned. You cant see it at first glance but you will feel it under you feet when socks come off.

Ļoti labi apartamenti
Pros:

Ļoti tīrs, gaišs, ērts un patīkams dzīvoklis. Viss nepieciešamais ir, padomāts pat par detaļām ( galda piederumi, glāzes, trauki utt). Skaista terase. Patīkams apgaismojums. Ērta gulta.

Cons:

Kad ēkā nostrādāja ugunsdrošības signalizācija nebija iespējas sazvanīt biroju vai kontaktpersonu.

Ok boende for kostnad
Pros:

Veldig fin leilighet, mye bedre plass enn forventet og flott med kaffetrakter, frys, vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Bra med sitteplasser til alle. Nære til sporvogn og butikk. Veldig god info sendt på forhånd, nøkler osv.

Cons:

Veldig varmt og dårlig luft inne i leiligheten , ingen form for avkjøling annet enn åpne vinduer. Med åpne vinduer var det ubehagelig lydnivå fra biler, sporvogn og folk i gata samt gjester fra andre enheter som hade passaje rett utenfor soveromsvinduet.

Det var ikke bra møblering av sovesofaen på stuen. den burde stått i hjørnet lengst bort fra kjøkkenet, og spisebordet burde vært plassert nærmest kjøkkenet. Hade gitt bedre søvn og ro.

Badet og doen var ikke rent, og trappoppgangen var klissete etter gjester som spillt ut drikke. Hade sagt ifra dersom vi hade hatt mer tid og skulle være der mer, men vasket selv.

Pros:

New and practical accomodation. The apartament had everything we needed for a 3 nighta stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom door was squeaking and creacking as well as the entry doors from the nearby apartaments. But this did not bother us very much.

Pros:

The studio was modern and location is 2km walking from city center, please there is easy access to train.

Cons:

The studio was facing the street. It has no aircon, and in May when i visited, it was too warm to close the window. With the window open, the sound of the frequent trams passing by is very loud, which is disturbing. I beleive trams only stop between 1 to 5 am. It was a restless experience to me. However, the back-side rooms are very quiet and are a better option. Not value for the money I paid.

Pros:

La struttura è nuova e pulita, inoltre è dotata di ogni confort necessario.
La posizione è ottima, a soli 10 min di tram dalla stazione centrale di Oslo
Sono stati molto disponibili permettendoci di anticipare il check-in di circa 2 ore

Bel appart propre at a proximite des commodites essentielles
Pros:

Instructions dacces a lappart etaient tres clairs.
Appart Propre, facile d'acces par le tram 17 qui passe juste en bas.plusieurs supermarches a quelques metres. Spacieux et bien equipé. Ustersiles pour la cuisine assez exhaustifs.

Cons:

Pas de television.

Les lits jumaux devraient etre faits avec de la literie pour 1 grand lit agin dofgrir plus de convort pour 1 voyageur individuel.

Il nest pas courant en scandinavie que les appart soit ventilé ou climatisé aussi pour eviter les nuits chaudes jai du laisser les fenetres entrouvertes et utiliser des boules Quies pour attenuer les bruits du Tram et des voitures qui passent presque toutes la nuit.
