Great location and good connection with city center.
The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped (without salt, sugar, or oil so you need to buy them on your own).

Cons:

No TV (when you go with kids sometimes it's much needed).

Alles läuft digital ab. Habe mein Handy im Zimmer vergessen, zum Glück konnte mir die Putzfrau die Tür öffnen - weiss nicht was ich ansonsten gemacht hätte…

Pas loin du centre-ville (~30 min à pieds de la gare)

The apartments are neat, comfortable, clean, and cozy. They’re easy to access, and the key system is especially convenient when traveling with a group—no need to worry about key cards or managing multiple keys.
The apartments are big, there is a coffee machine and anything you may need to craft the best breakfast.
There is plenty of room to chill after the stormy weather 🥺
The location is also very convenient—within walking distance to both the city centre and the railway station, with public transport nearby if needed.
Honestly, it’s been one of the best apartments I’ve rented in a long time! ✨🥹

spazi ampi, possibilità di fare lavatrice e stirare in camera, balcone gigantesco

Cons:

In generale la stanza è confortevole e pulita, ma si nota la poca cura: superfici un pochino polverose e, ad esempio un minimo di sedia/tavolo per il balcone avrebbe fatto utile.
Non capisco molto la scelta di un letto singolo da 90cm scarsi quando la camera è sufficientemente spaziosa.
Strano che fosse presente tutto l’occorrente per pulirsi da soli la camera ma non ci fosse un microonde (?)
Altra cosa non fantastica è che, nonostante l’intero edificio sia appartamenti in affitto breve di Maya Apartments non esista una stanza di deposito bagagli per cui non è stato possibile lasciare le borse dopo il check out alle 11.
L’host ha consigliato i locker gratuiti alla stazione, che, per quanti funzionali, non erano gratuiti per niente: 250nok per 5 ore…
Sarebbe anche stato più onesto dare istruzioni come ad esempio quella del locale spazzatura da subito e non all’ultimo prima del check out

Bello spazioso comodo, posizione top anche coi mezzi si arriva al centro in poco tempo.
Pros:

Tutto super nuovo, pulito e curato. Rispecchia le foto Anche la posizione è ottima le fermate sono vicinissime e con i mezzi sia pullman (31) zia il tram (17) in pochi minuti si raggiungeva comodamente il centro. La casa era calda e dotata di tutti i servizi.
Consiglio di mettere il supermercato Tupolska sul navigatore per capire l’indirizzo della casa almeno la prima volta

Pros:

Чистий гарний номер з мінімальним наповненням - ліжка, стіл, стільці, кухня, вбиральня. Телевізора немає. Ліжка гарні, але дуже вузькі (мабуть 75 або 80 см). Дуже зручне безконтактне заселення. Сусідів практично не було чути. Поряд декілька магазинів. Дякую за можливість пізнього виїзду - нам дозволили виїзд о 13-00.

Cons:

На кухні дуже не вистачало микрохвильовки.
