Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino al centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti con tram n 17. Stanza accogliente, arredamento moderno, ottima la presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

لم يعجبني ان تسجيل الخروج 11 ولوكنت خارج السكن بعد 11 وحاولت العوده لايعمل الرقم السري للدخول وعند الحجز كان تسجيل الخروج في بوكينج من 11 الى 12 وهذا مخالف للرسالتهم الخاصه وكذلك ازعاج الترام

Nice stay!
Pros:

The location is in a safe and convenient area. Bus and tram stops are just 5-min away and there are many supermarkets nearby. The self-checkin process is very good and the wifi is fast. The room is modern and clean.

Cons:

The bed is too small for two people. There is no air conditioner in the room, so it's hot during the summer.

Inadequate management, low price-performance ratio.
Pros:

We stayed for three nights and four days. The room was bright, the blackout curtains were effective, and the mattress was comfortable; overall, the basic conditions were good.

Cons:

However, the shortcomings were quite obvious: the large windows around the room were not properly cleaned, seriously affecting the view and our stay experience; the room was advertised as approximately 30 square meters (including about 12 square meters of balcony), but this spacious balcony had no tables or chairs, rendering the relaxation space useless, which was a pity (see photos).

Furthermore, customer service was disappointing. The information stated that service hours were 15:00–18:00, but when we called at 17:15, the voicemail said that service had stopped after 16:00, which is clearly inconsistent with the published hours.

Overall, the main problems with the accommodation were concentrated in three areas: cleanliness, facilities, and customer service, which were significantly different from the good conditions of the room itself. We hope that these issues can be seriously improved in the future.

A decent modern apartment in a great location. It’s well suited for families.
Pros:

A spacious, modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a fresh feel and a well-equipped kitchen with the basic utensils needed to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is roomy and modern. There is plenty of space for a family of four, making it a great choice for both short and longer stays.

Cons:

There was a small issue with the door code when we arrived, but it was resolved quickly and without any problems.

The cleanliness could have been better. The shower area did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, there were hairs left on the toilet seat, and there was a noticeable buildup of dust throughout the apartment. Improving the overall cleaning standards would make the stay much more pleasant.

It would have been helpful to have more practical information available in the apartment, such as the Wi-Fi details and other useful information for guests.

We stayed during a heatwave in Oslo, and there was only one fan in the apartment. It became extremely hot, and since the windows only open slightly at the top, it was difficult to cool the rooms. A second fan, especially for the sleeping area, would have made a big difference. Guests who are sensitive to heat should be aware that there is no air conditioning.

The courtyard is pleasant, but several guests sat outside talking loudly, even as late as 4:00 a.m. While this is not the accommodation’s fault, it might be helpful to provide guests with clearer information about keeping noise to a minimum during the night out of consideration for others.

Only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is because of the vomit in the hallway it was absolutely disgusting.

Pros:

Really nice apartment with comfortable beds. Very spacious with a nice kitchen and dining room table and couch. It was very clean and modern. So easy to get into the centre of Oslo on the tram and also a lot of nice shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. Check in and access was very easy with clear instructions. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.

Für Gäste welche mit dem Auto anreisen gab es leider keinen Hinweis (vor Anreise und Vorort) wo ich mein Auto ggf. parken kann.
