Gute Lage & Ausstattung aber Schwächen bei Dusche und Verdunkelung
Pros:

- Kommunikation mit Vermieter emotionslos aber informativ
- Lage ist in Ordnung (Metro und Bahn in direkter Nähe)
- Größe des Zimmers
- Balkon inkl. eigener Waschmaschine

Cons:

- Wasserdruck der Dusche war kaum vorhanden
- Abdunkeln des Zimmers mit den vorhandenen Gardinen quasi nicht möglich, da diese sehr lichtdurchlässig sind

It is magnificent, and I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Location near the train station, and also near coin laundry..
A lot of restaurants open until late night..

Cons:

The washing machine is pretty old, it would be great to get replaced

Homely, lovely studio apartment
Pros:

The location was fantastic for travellers relying on public transport, and we were able to commute extensively with ease. The room was exceptionally clean, and lots of extra touches made it very well appointed. Owner is great to deal with. The local area has lots of restaurants, supermarkets and 'junk' shops to pick up odds and ends.

Cons:

It can be noisy during the day due to its proximity to the Fire Station, so not suitable if you are seeking quiet 24/7, but our nights were generally very peaceful and comfortable.

Fantastic base for exploring Osaka
Pros:

The apartment was great for our first visit to Osaka. It was a couple of minutes walk to two metro stations - Tengachaya and Kishinosato both of which we used.
The communication from the staff was fantastic, via Booking com message and WhatsApp, we didn't actually meet anyone face to face but all our questions were answered within minutes.
The apartment was a great size, ideal for our 7 night stay. It also had its own washing machine which was great as we were travelling light.
There is a launderette just around the corner so we could use the dryer there for just 300 yen.
We hada kitchette so we could prepare our own food. There is a large supermarket next to Tengachaya station where we got some great supplies.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from our neighbours and the smell of cigarette smoke on occasion.
There are signs in the apartment about the lack of sound proofing and they do provide earplugs!
We let the staff know and they took note, but if you are a light sleeper then take note too!

The perfect place for a visit in Osaka!
Pros:

Everything was just perfect! The check-in is super smooth and easy to understand. The apartment itself was just a dream! Modern, super comfortable (we already miss this awesome sofa where you can put your legs up. It's perfect after long walks throughout the day. The perfect relief for your legs) and everything you need for your stay is there.
From Sidihome it's just a few steps to the metro and you can reach the center of Osaka in such a short time. The staff is super helpful. I asked about the trash disposal and in less than one minute I got a reply. Awesome! We will 100% come back to this place when we will visit Osaka again. 100% recommendation!

Good location.
Pros:

Good location just a few minutes walk from station, room was clean and had everything we needed. There are supermarkets and Tax-free shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Da ritornarci sicuramente!
Pros:

Questo appartamento ha tutto quello che puó servire, oltre ad essere spazioso, comodo e molto servito.
Mezzo di ogni genere a pochissimi minuti a piedi.
Staff gentilissimo e accogliente in ogni forma.
Se dovessimo tornare a osaka, sicuramente proveremmo a prenotare di nuovo qui. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Definitely would choose to stay here on my next trip in the future!
Pros:

The location was good, easy to access the 2 train stations. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and also provided free water bottles at the building entry. Our room was extremely good and clean, might be a bit small if you have too many suitcases, but me and my friend were fine as we only have 2 big and 2 small suitcases. Definitely would choose to stay here again for future trips!

Bon séjour pour le court ou le long terme
Pros:

Il était bien situé juste à côté de 2 stations de métro, bien équipé et le gérant était à votre disposition quelque soit le problème.

Cons:

Le logement était globalement propre il y avait seulement quelque endroit qui non pas était laver.
