來大阪住這邊準沒錯!! 完美體驗當地人的生活
Pros:

住宿地點超棒，鄰近天下茶屋跟岸里站，想去哪邊都四通八達。住宿附近步行5分鐘左右有四家超市：1.サンディ(東西超便宜，但是品項少一點! 便宜治百病)逛不夠還有Lawson+FamilyMart。2.玉出超市就在サンディ旁邊走路2分鐘 3.Gyomu Super業務超市 4.Daily Qanat(東西最齊全)
周邊寶藏美食超多，物價又低廉實在找不出缺點!!

有洗衣機+陽台，基本上晚上洗衣服隔天早上就乾了! 適合LONG STAY!! (衣架給很多!! 不怕不夠曬，陽台還有提供一根曬衣管)

房東有提供耳塞+急救包

最最最最最重要的是這趟旅行剛落地時就發現一顆行李箱不慎破損，詢問房東也很願意協助處理行李箱的問題!! 超讚!! 不用擔心這個大型垃圾產生的問題。 與房東的溝通過程回覆也很快速!!

Cons:

NA。
唯一的小缺點，旁邊緊鄰消防局&兩個運動場。 救護車的聲音很頻繁，也會聽到體育館裡運動的聲響。但...每天都玩得很累這點小聲音不是問題!! (房東還有提供耳塞 FREE)

Amazing little apartment perfect for one or two people. The beds were comfortable and the location was very close to the station. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

Although this isn’t a brand-new building, you can really tell the owner has put a lot of care into maintaining and improving it. There are thoughtful upgrades throughout the property, and everything feels clean and well organized. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it was a great choice, and I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

We stayed in the family room and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had enough space for our family. The location is excellent, only a few minutes’ walk from Tengachaya Station, making it very convenient to reach Namba and other attractions in Osaka.

The host was very friendly and responsive, and the self check-in process was easy. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the washing machine, and the quiet neighborhood.

Great value for money and perfect for families visiting Osaka. We would definitely stay here again!

一定會推薦朋友來住，下次來大阪會再次入住，老闆很用心經營。
Pros:

房間很大，設備齊全（冰箱、廚房用品、洗衣機）還有提供雨傘！
距離車站很近，老闆人很好，溝通無障礙。

Cons:

隔音較差，但有提供耳塞👍

Pros:

The interior is comfortable and fully equipped with apartment-style appliances and amenities. The accommodation is a 3-5 minute walk from a subway station with two lines, and there are also supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores nearby – a great location.

Cons:

The wallpaper in the elevator might need to be renovated.

Pros:

Ein gutes Apartment. Gut gelegen, wenn man vom Flughafen Osaka abfliegt. Ich würde jetzt aber sagen von allen Apartments, die wir in Japan hatten das am wenigstens hochwertige, weil auch die Gegend vielleicht nicht die allerbeste ist. Dafür war der Preis natürlich gut und es war sauber.

Gute Lage etwas abseits der City
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, man erreicht mit der Metro in wenigen Stationen die Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel. Waschmaschine hat gut funktioniert. Problemloser Check In.

Świetne mieszkanie
Pros:

Bardzo czyste i eleganckie mieszkanie. Bez żadnego problemu weszliśmy do niego samodzielnie. Szybki internet i wszystko, czego potrzeba na dwa dni w Osace.

Cons:

W łazience brakuje półki lub wieszaka dodatkowego. Poza tym - perfekcyjne mieszkanie.

We had a great stay. The accommodation was very nice and clean. It is located close to two metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. 離車站近帶行李很方便，獨行旅客住起來舒適，附近的玉出超市晚上也很方便去採買
Pros:

附近有超市方便自己買食材自理，住宿地點離車站很近，但不會受到電車經過影響，房間空間也很乾淨舒適，有個陽台可以看個風景。

地點超優，離車站5分鐘，超市3分鐘，房間乾淨，比飯店大很多，有陽台，洗衣機，簡易廚房，住的很開心。

服務人員非常親切
人很好
還讓我們在回程的那天先寄放行李
房內也有微波爐跟鍋碗瓢盆等餐具
非常的方便～

地理位置很好，在天下茶屋站走出來6分鐘就到了
車站出來也有大超市
很適合隔天要早早跑行程沒空買午餐的大家！

Cons:

熱水有一點點點點不好控制
轉一點就超燙或冷死
但大致上還算好處理！

踏出浴室要小心
有階梯
可能會摔跤
