Limpieza, orden, buena distribución de los ambientes, buena calefacción, buena ubicación.

Da ritornarci sicuramente!
Pros:

Questo appartamento ha tutto quello che puó servire, oltre ad essere spazioso, comodo e molto servito.
Mezzo di ogni genere a pochissimi minuti a piedi.
Staff gentilissimo e accogliente in ogni forma.
Se dovessimo tornare a osaka, sicuramente proveremmo a prenotare di nuovo qui. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Definitely would choose to stay here on my next trip in the future!
Pros:

The location was good, easy to access the 2 train stations. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and also provided free water bottles at the building entry. Our room was extremely good and clean, might be a bit small if you have too many suitcases, but me and my friend were fine as we only have 2 big and 2 small suitcases. Definitely would choose to stay here again for future trips!

Bon séjour pour le court ou le long terme
Pros:

Il était bien situé juste à côté de 2 stations de métro, bien équipé et le gérant était à votre disposition quelque soit le problème.

Cons:

Le logement était globalement propre il y avait seulement quelque endroit qui non pas était laver.

Pros:

Situé à proximité de deux bouches de métro et trains...
Joli petit studio fonctionnel propre où on trouve de quoi faire réchauffer un plat et faire sa lessive
(Il y a même la lessive ce qui magnifique quand on voyage plusieurs semaines)
Un rapport qualité prix juste super

Cons:

Peut être que l'on peut être gêné par les voisins ou le bruit des véhicules dans la rue mais il y a même des bouchons d oreilles ...que demander de plus !

Superbe emplacement, propriétaire très proche des clients.
Pros:

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 1 minute d'une station de métro parmi les lignes principales.
Environnement calme, lumineux et le bâtiment possède un ascenseur.
Le domaine est grand et dispose du nécessaire pour passer de court séjours.

Cons:

Les rideaux! Dès que le soleil se lève, il fait rapidement jour dans la chambre malgré la présence de rideaux. Cependant cela semble être un problème général au Japon, les volets n'existent pas.

가성비 좋은 깨끗한 숙소이나, 방음이나 난방은 기대하지 마세요. 겨울보다는 여름에 숙박하는게 더 좋을 듯합니다.
Pros:

오사카 숙박시설 평균보다 넓어요. 난바역에서 2정거장, 공항 기차는 바로 탈 수 있는 지역입니다. 숙소에서 5분이내 기차역이 있어요. 관광객이 많지 않아 한산한 동네입니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 3개나 있어요.(할인 시간대에 회, 초밥 등 저렴히 구매 가능합니다.) 숙박하는 기간동안 생수를 무료로 제공해 줍니다. 바닥을 제외하고 대부분 청결했고 침구가 푹신해서 좋았습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있어서 편해요. 인덕션을 사전에 요청해서 라면 끓여 먹었습니다. 리클라이너 쇼파가 있어요.

Cons:

겨울이라 벽걸이 난방기를 계속 틀어도 웃풍이 심하고 추웠습니다. 소음에 취약합니다. 방음이 전혀 안되요. 밤 10시 전까지는 오토바이나 차 지나가는 소리가 많이 나고, 옆 룸 투숙객을 잘 만나야 합니다. 저는 새벽2시까지 웃고 떠들어서 잠자는데 방해를 받았습니다. 옆방 투숙객이랑 같은 공간을 쓰는 것처럼 소리가 잘 들립니다. 실내에서 슬리퍼를 신지만 바닥이 깨끗하지 않으니 맨발로 다니지 마세요. 사진에 있는 러그는 깔려있지 않았습니다. 키가 크다면 천정이 낮아서 조명이 머리에 닿으니 조심하세요.

陽台能曬衣，宿舍位置剛好2站中間，附近有超市跟百元店，也有連鎖餐廳跟便利店提供24小時服務，主人家提供支裝水於大堂每日自取需要份量

Cons:

牆身較薄，若不幸運的隔壁剛好住著比較嘈吵的團體，就能夠明顯聽到聲音穿透過牆，電梯空間亦較窄細，若果有多件大型行李可能要分批上樓

最大特色是距四ツ橋線岸里駅超近，交通很便利；附近生活機能很好，超市都在步行3-5分鐘內；唯一的小缺點是消防局就在旁邊，淺眠或對聲音敏感的人要稍微留意這點。

交通超級便利，近天下茶屋駅, 岸里駅。
附近有兩三間超市，夜宵很容易取得。
住宿環境乾淨，有冰箱和簡易廚餐具；有電動沙發，超高級🤣

Cons:

熱水器是儲熱式的，水龍頭是手動用冷熱水閥調整，偶爾會有水溫不穩的問題。

A hidden gem in Osaka! Beautiful and clean apartment close to subway with caring host.
Pros:

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment in a modern building with elevator. Enough space to open multiple big suitcases, and spotless clean! The apartment, in a quiet and local neighborhood, is super close to the Tengachaya station, so it was super convenient to get to all the sights in Osaka. A big supermarket and several restaurants are also just a few minutes away, walking distance. We can also recommand a little shop that is open 24/7 selling Onigiri and bento boxes, that you'll pass by on your way to the station!

The host sent us detailed check-in instructions and explained everything carefully. He was so kind to welcome us in person and let us into our room earlier. Fresh bottles of drinking water were provided for all guests on a daily basis, which was a nice touch for sure. When we checked out, the host was so lovely to store our luggage overnight. This saved us a lot of trouble to find luggage storage during our day trip outside of Osaka. We felt comfortable and well-rested everyday.

Thank you, dear Sidihome 365 team! If we revisit Osaka, we'll definitely stay here again!
