Pros:

Localisation au calme

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir réserver un massage à l'hôtel au prétexte que l'on était pas client de l'hôtel mais "simplement" de l'appartement (qui appartient aussi à l'hôtel)..
La climatisation/chauffage était assez bruyante et nous avons dû couper le chauffage la nuit dans l'appartement, ce qui est plus que moyen en hiver.
La porte de la douche ne se fermait pas car elle a mal été posée, ce qui est plus que moyen pour des appartements neufs.

Très belle vue. La situation géographique est très bonne.
Les Appartements sont très commodes et propres

Cons:

La climatisation réversible qui fait un bruit de souffle même quand elle est arrêtée, ce qui est très désagréablela nuit quand il n'y a aucun bruit environnant. Un technicien est venu rapidement mais le problème n'a pas été résolu.
A la réception de l'hôtel on nous a juste dit que comme les appartements avaient ouvert depuis peu, il n'y avait pas de retour. C'est bien dommage au prix de la nuit

Excellente séjour
Pros:

On étais avec la famille pour passer une journée au Colmar et noua avons passé une super journée là bas.
L'appartement étais top(neuf,propre, rien a dire!)

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande !
Pros:

Les appartements sont neufs, très bien équipés, bien insonorisés, une place de parking par appartement est disponible, le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel a été très sympa.

Cons:

S'il faut être tatillon : le brouillard qui nous cachait la vue !
Le chauffage était un peu bruyant durant la nuit.

Nuevo y muy cómodo
Pros:

Es alojamiento es nuevo, todo en muy buen estado y cómodo. Para un viaje para disfrutar los vinos de Alsace, está muy bien ubicado. A nosotros nos funcionó muy bien como base para visitar los mercados de navidad de Colmar y Estrasburgo.

Cons:

La necesidad de ir al hotel para el check in y check out, pero tampoco queda muy lejos.
