Cons:

Manager tried to keep deposit claiming lost towel. I was highly suspicious of this action given she also kept deposit of the only other guest I saw checking out. When I returned to the room the towel was there and deposit was somewhat reluctantly returned.

A varied experience
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and the pool were excellent.

Cons:

There is almost no storage place for clothes. The shower head always twisted towards the fall (fixed it with an elastic band). Water pressure was low.
Although the location is very good in relation to to facilities the main rooms overlook a night club so there is considerable noise until 3am.

Great location and pool but pity there is no wardrobe or closet and no place for your suitcase.
Pros:

The swimming pool was great !

The room was clean and cleaned whenever we left out the “make up room” sign.

Cons:

The room has no wardrobe or closet and we had to live out of our suitcases, yet had no proper place to store our suitcases.

The WiFi never worked and we were told it would be limited to one device in the room - luckily we bought unlimited sim data.

The staff never once smiled neither did they offer to help with our luggage yet they called a bell boy to show us our room, but he just walked ahead without a smile or a request if he could help with a bag.

We got fresh coffee sachets daily but there were no cups and we resolved to buy paper cups at the 7-Eleven.

Not worth it
Pros:

Staff was nice, location was perfect .

Cons:

Cheap and broken furniture, toilet very basic and very old.
Not very clean, pillows and Beddings had stains.
Definitely not worth the money you have to pay

Nothing.

Cons:

The staff was rude, they couldn’t be bothered to have a normal conversation, the room doesn’t look nothing like the photos, it was appalling. It was unclean, mark on wall, dirty floors, the front door barely could open,felt like it was going to break. The only decent thing about this hotel is it’s in a good location to everything.
