Pros:

El alojamiento es cómodo y el personal es simpático y está dispuesto a resolverte cualquier problema

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación con dos camas y finalmente nos dieron dos habitaciones separadas; nos resolvieron el problema pero en definitiva no era lo que aparecía en la reserva que inicialmente hice a pesar de que comentaran de que se trataba de una cama doble y no dos camas

Sollte mehr bezahlen als bei booking bezahlt ..
Cons:

Hatten das Zimmer über booking gebucht, bekam dann eine Nachricht über WhatsApp, dass das Zimmer zu diesem Preis nicht verfügbar wäre und wir den doppelten Preis zahlen müssten um dort zu bleiben. Absolut nicht ok & akzeptabel !! Habe das Geld nach 1,5 Wochen zurückbekommen..

Rooms great. Brekky so so. Staff so so. Location ok with transport or adventurous walks. Clean. Good value
Pros:

Rooms were beautiful. Clean. Was able to use neighbouring hôtel pool

Cons:

Male staff approached my daughters room at night to borrow our motorbike not affiliated with hotel. It was abuse of power. She told me and I refused the lend. On arrival the same male staff told us management there was stupid after we dint get our pickup from port in time.

Clean room & great view, but not close to anyware to swim
Pros:

Let us check in early, we arrived already at lunch and our room was ready for us. Maybe because no one else stayed there. The room were clean and spacious. Pretty view overlooking the tree tops.

You don’t really have to much around so a scooter is necessary if you stay here. The road when you turn of the main road is a dirt road. Looks close to town/sea on the map but you need to go around, if you see coco tree spa on the map, this is where you have to go around to get out.

Cons:

- Pool was dirty, slidy of algees and dead centepiedes on the bottom. We asked the guy working there and it was closed through our entire stay.
- The pool is shared with the hotel bungalows ”Innala bungalows” next doors. Maybe the same owner?
- Would be great to have a water tap outside to rinse your feet, now you will bring all the sand through your room to be able to rinse of in the shower.
- Good to have a wardrobe but only 2 hangers even if there is a lot of more space to hang.
- In description of the hotel it says the beach is nearby. I think the closest is at Topiz beach, 20 min drive, or Crystal beach 30min. The ”beach” it is close to is not a beach, just a small hole in the forest were a boat is tide.
- At breakfast area would be nice to have a fan, we were melting away. Possible to eat at your room. Banncakes came with 4 slices of banana, quite little. But the nasi/mie goreng gives you a better portion for the day. Could choose of coffee tea or water.
- 24 hours security: we had no one at our desk. We texted on what’s app to order breakfast and time.
- A lot of centipedes around the house. The room was clean but outside there was a lot of dead ones that wasn’t cleaned away.
