Perfect for our overnight stay - we continued our travels well rested
Pros:

We were looking for a cheap overnight stop as travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Koh Chang. Whilst the property is not modern it was very clean and the room spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location, down a small side street, very quiet. There was a 7/eleven a few minutes walk away where we were able to stock up for our onward journey. Staff were extremely helpful and carried our heavy luggage up the stairs. I would have been more than happy to stay longer

Nice small Thai hotel that very comfortable even though a little small.
Pros:

Very close to where we needed to visit for biometrics, 5 minute walk. Small Thai hotel in an area that charges significantly more for similar hotel rooms. Small balcony but 2 feet from your neighbors window.
Good water pressure and heat, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The balcony was small but it was only 2 feet from the next apartments window.
