People in charge for reception and booking is not actually the right people to represnt this hotel, please choose people

The receptionist were very unhelpful and unfriendly, first time i feel unwelcome in my own country, however i felt that there is some discrimination against local because i saw a different way to treat and talk and welcome other nationalities guest, although i requested to upgrade my booking but they refuse although its shows there is several rooms available through booking but they said not everything in booking can be guaranteed or accurate, and this is the second time they request i book direct with them instead of using booking so when i said its my choice to book with whoever i prefer they claimed we don’t have rooms you can cancel your booking with them if you want as a way to politely tell me i’m not welcome to stay!! I didn’t mention that i am an Emirati famous influencer with over 500k flowers across my social media and my staying in dubai for one night and choosing this exact location to promote the safety we have in dubai during this period, i was absolutely disappointed and i will never come to this hotel again
