Posizione comoda, dotato di buon wifi, e un bar caffè al piano terra dove facevano un cappuccino buono.
Sulle scale per salire in camera era presente una "free snack station", carina.
Stanza pulita.

Cons:

Bagno microscopico, praticamente uno stanzino con un water e una doccia, tutto negli stessi 2 metri quadri. Il lavandino era invece fuori dal bagno. Pareti sottilissime, tanto che sentivo chiaramente le conversazioni di quelli della stanza accanto. Rifiniture molto spartane. Personale non scortese, ma "apatico", appaiono spesso confusi e poco recettivi (al netto delle difficoltà linguistiche, che ci mancherebbe!). Colazione a la carte tra 3 scelte standard.
La maggior parte delle cose di per se non sono un problema, ma al prezzo che chiedevano mi aspettavo e si trova di meglio.

Per uqanto riguarda la posizione: ottima per visitare phuket town (e bastano un paio d'ore), ma tonando indietro alloggerei altrove: volevo un posto non caotico "alla Patong" ed effettivamente non lo è, anzi, forse è troppo calmo, visto che i bar in zona chiudono tutti entro le 23 o poco oltre.

Could have been better!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location to the shops and restaurants
And we liked that there was a coffee shop underneath as it was so handy
The rooms were comfortable

Cons:

The staff were so cold and didn’t even acknowledge guests. Found them to be super unhelpful.
The WiFi isn’t great it cuts you out after ten mins so you have to keep putting in the details again.
Housekeeping didn’t clean or top up anything in our room over the 4 nights

Great little hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean. Very close to restaurants and bars. The staff were really great, super friendly and even let my friend leave his bags for a few hours, though he was not staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Ogólnie hotel bardzo dobry pyszne śniadanie bardzo dobra kawa widać że dbają o jakość ;) byliśmy 3 dni, zrobili nam śniadanie na wynos ostatniej nocy. wszystko było super poza zapachem z łazienki niestety (to nie jest ich wina, może jakiś środek do odgrzybiania da radę lub do czyszczenia starych rur kanalizacyjnych) w Tajlandii tak jest że rzadko które starsze budownictwo ma dobrą wentylację,

Zapach pleśni i wilgoci pod prysznicem. Niestety w Tajlandii bywa tak że nie ma kratki wentylacyjnej w Europie i nagromadza się dużo wilgoci szczególnie w Łazienkach. W moim pokoju z oknami zapach był dosyć nieprzyjemny zgłosiliśmy to i zaproponowali nam nowszy pokój z mniej odurzającym smrodkiem ;) gdyby nie to że była wilgoć to dałbym same piątki.
