La habitación era bastante cómoda, el personal del hospedaje siempre disponible y amable, y la ubicación muy céntrica para visitar las principales atracciones de Sultanahmed. En los alrededores hay cafeterías y restaurantes para desayunar, almorzar y cenar. Sin duda volveríamos a Pastel Istambul!

This place was wonderful cosy romantic clean. You really get value for the price. Not only that but the owner and receptionists were angels. Incredibly friendly and hospitable. Free Turkish coffee and sweets. Endless kindness snd smiles. Best hotel in the center of istanbul. Perfect location, too, near the main sites but not too near. I highly recommend this gem of s hotel

Literally perfect. location couldn’t be better. lovely family atmosphere, comfy bed and well maintained. (plus there were amazing local gifts in the room)
they are very generous. we loved one of the teas and they gifted us several. You really feel in a safe, warm, and friendly place here.

We loved staying in the old city. Hotel is very quiet and peaceful yet Hagia Sophia is only a two minute walk away. Small thoughtful gifts were a lovely touch and made us smile.
We also found it quite special that the hotel’s owner is a cute baby, and having the chance to meet her made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you for the warm hospitality and for taking such good care of us.

This is now our favourite place in Istanbul. Beds are very big and comfortable. They think good about plugs and lights. We spend long time at reception, drink coffee with them. Thanks to Burcu, we make nice shopping. They help us with everything.
There was electric cut in area, many restaurants not working, but we was not affected here. It was also really nice for us spending time in room.

really enjoyed the stay as a couple. check-in was easy after a long day. room was clean and quiet at night. everyone was friendly and helpful when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our stay.

It was expertly built, with people with disabilities in mind, designed in a quaint, vibrant, homely, and clean way that still held a charming amount of personality. Not only was it a few minutes from all the main attractions by foot, it was in the heart of the local stops for authentic food, tea, treats and even markets! The owners were so friendly, approachable and delivered service in an anticipatory way, rather than waiting to be asked always; wether it’s ensuring you had an umbrella to borrow to head out on rainy or snowy days or needed someone to take a picture of you when you forgot your tripod. They were so lovely, and had the best recommendations for everything so you can avoid getting scammed, and even had the cutest mascot (already miss you baby Niel!). 15/10 for the service and hospitality!
