金に目がくらんだ悪質なホテル運営！

Cons:

まず、このホテルは、ホテル常駐のスタッフがいません。何かトラブルや質問があっても相談できる相手はいないし、連絡先の電話番号も清掃員に繋がる番号しかなく、大変なことになります。booking.comから教えてもらったホテルの電話番号にかけても呼び出し音がなるだけで誰も電話に出ません。キャンセル・返金の連絡をしてもその事についてのメールの返信もありませんでした。
宿泊料金の他に、別途宿泊料金以上の金額の清掃料金を取る、意図的に客の誤認を誘う悪質な料金表示です。宿泊料金の安い順に並べ替えをしても清掃料金分は含まない料金で並べ替えがされるので、客側は利用料金を勘違いします。今回それで私は騙されてすぐにキャンセル依頼をしましたが、ホテルに連絡がつかずbooking.comにクレームを何度も入れるなど大変な騒ぎになりました。ホテルに電話やメールをしても無視されました。料金さえ取ってしまえば後はこっちのものと言わんばかりの対応。とても日本人の経営感覚とは思えません。
このホテルはスタッフがいません。問題が起こっても質問があっても、電話やメール含めて対応してくれる窓口がありませんので皆さんご注意を！
