le calme et la qualité du couchage. Le bâtiment est magnifique, l'espace sona vraiment qualitatif et le personnel très agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

The property is absolutely beautiful, set in a stunning location with plenty of options to enjoy. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It truly felt like staying in a castle, which made the experience special. The staff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our toilet was not flushing properly. When we called, we were told it could only be fixed the next day, but we were checking out by then. We had to use a restroom two floors down near reception, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. No alternative solution, such as offering a closer bathroom or a different room, was provided.

Additionally, we were excited about an Easter menu that had been shared with us in advance by the hotel chat, but only found out at the restaurant that it would be available the day after our stay. There was no apology or effort to resolve the situation, which felt disappointing. Aside from this, the staff were generally very friendly, except for this particular interaction with the hostess.
