Excelente atendimento dos funcionários.
Pros:

Atendimento dos funcionários do hotel é um destaque na estadia. Roberto, na recepção, muito atencioso e com excelentes dicas, todas muito valiosas. Excelente o café da manhã e o quarto bastante confortável.

Cons:

Pensei que o hotel era um pouco mais próximo da estação de trem. Mas nadaque atrapalhe a escolha por ele.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The front desk team was excellent, very friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed something. The hotel itself is very clean and nicely maintained, and I liked the decor: modern but still cozy.
My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also very convenient and made it easy to get around.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily choose this hotel again.

Cons:

The only small downside was the breakfast area, which is a bit small. If you don’t come early, you might need to wait a little while for a table.

Exceptional hotel. Staff make the visit special.
Pros:

Second visit and the excellent standard of this hotel has not changed. Staff are wonderful, particularly Elaria who serves breakfast. Exceptional.

Hotel nuovissimo in zona centrale ma tranquilla
Pros:

Recentemente ristrutturato, spazi ben sfruttai, la camera era ampia, con ottimo materasso e bagno nuovo. Prima colazione completa di dolce e salato di qualità: formaggi, uova, yogurt, brioches e torte, frutta, cereali…. Caffè servito al tavolo buono e disponibilità di latte vegetale. Reception molto veloce e cordiale.
Non sono riuscita a salire al terrazzo. Sarà per la prossima volta

La stanza era al piano terra e anche se era dotata di isolamento, di notte si sentivano passare alcune macchine anche se non era un rumore troppo forte

El personal ha sido lo más resaltable. Muy amables y profesionales. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Un buen buffet para el desayuno.Solamente echamos de menos algún embutido, pero lo sustituimos perfectamente. La bollería nos pareció excelente. Muy buena idea la "Happy hour", que disfrutamos algún día.
La ubicación nos pareció muy buena en una zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada.
Es un edificio acogedor, aunque los lugares comunes sean reducidos.

Très bonne attention de la part du personnel. Un petit gâteau d'anniversaire m'attendait après le 1er jour avec un petit mot et des ballons, c'était vraiment sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le Happy Hour est très sympa avec la première boisson gratuite.

Cons:

Manque un peu de place pour les clients dans la salle de petit déjeuner.

Fabulous hotel, with great staff.
Pros:

Great location near to the Termini railway station. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like valued customers. Luxurious rooms that are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent, served by friendly and polite staff. Special shout out to Roberto who was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Unser Aufenthalt im BH Hote Roml war einfach herrlich!
Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer guten Ausstattung, großen renovierten Zimmer, alles ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das große Bett ist herrlich wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Unsere Anfrage über zusätzliches welches Kissen wurde umgehend erfüllt. Der Schallschutz ist auch sehr gut.

Besonders praktisch ist die gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Termini, wodurch man alles schnell erreichen kann.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Kevin vom Empfang. Er war außergewöhnlich nett, hilfsbereit und hat mit seiner freundlichen Art unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Auch dem gesamten Hotelpersonal möchten wir herzlich danken – man merkt, wie viel Wert hier auf Service und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Ihr seid ein tolles Team!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!
