Pros:

Beautiful property, which was modernised and spotlessly clean every day! Rooms were beautiful, the rooftop and courtyard were quiet and a lovely touch. The location was great for us; in a quiet and safe area, and only a 10 minute drive to the monuments. We preferred being out of the hustle and bustle! Every staff member we met was amazing, especially Roberto who helped recommend restaurants and make bookings for us. We will definitely rebook when coming back to Rome :-)

Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful, the room was very big and it had a great bad. The staff was extremely kind. Mr Marat went above and beyond to make sure we had a good (unfortunately short) stay. He booked us transfers from and to the airport. We were travelling with our toddler, they provided a cot and a cute teddy bear. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

Super Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service
Pros:

Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit dem freundlichen Personal.
Die Lage ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Termini, wenn man einen kurzen Ausflug plant. Wir waren z.B in Florenz.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Sehr saubere Zimmer, das Wasser wird täglich kostenfrei nachgefüllt.
In der Bar bekommt jeder Gast während der Happy Hour einen kostenlosen Getränk nach der Wahl. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Wenn Sie in Rom sind, buchen Sie das BH Hotel.

Truly exceptional staff and a stylish and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

It was a very stylish hotel. Especially enjoyed the 4th floor terrace and view from our room. The room and bathroom were extremely nice and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was very kind and helpful. Kitchen staff even surprised my wife and I with a glass of champagne and chorus of happy birthday one morning. Both of the staff managers Seiref and Roberto were exceptional. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this stay was one of the best experiences I have ever had. We were sad that our stay could not be longer.

Pros:

Delightful staff, handy location near the metro. Very comfortable, very good breakfast and a few free drinks at the bar. What's not to like?

Overall the stay was perfect but were very disappointed the roof terrace was closed to residents.
Pros:

Choice of breakfast was great, location close to Roma Termini was quiet and felt very safe. Hotel was beautiful and staff very informative , Marat was able to recommend an excellent nearby restaurant and was extremely helpful.

Cons:

We normally use another hotel in the area when travelling to Rome but this time we thought it would be nice to have the roof terrace in the evening to relax but were disappointed to find it closed for a private event. As it is advertised as an amenity I feel a small section should have been available for hotel residents.
