Conveniently close to Roma Termini but away from the station chaos. Small personable hotel. The staff was very attentive, the room was super comfortable, hallways and breakfast room were spotless. Attention to detail. Breakfast and rooftop terrace.

Good location in a safe neighborhood

I loved everything about our stay at the BH hotel in Rome. The staff was exceptional - so attentive, welcoming, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was a big spread - some of the reviews made it sound like it wasn't sufficient but I was blown away with the variety of food offerings and left full and ready to face the day each morning. We visited in the peak heat of summer and the AC was a powerhouse and kept our room freezing just how we like it - much appreciated after sweating through our clothes while sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony which was so cool! I was nervous about the location not being in city center but its proximity to Termini made it very easy to get around, especially on bus or metro. The nightly happy hour drinks were a wonderful touch and allowed us a moment to sit in the garden downstairs and talk about what we'd seen that day and plan the evening - it was one of my favorite parts of the stay. And the bartender was so friendly!

Lovely, welcoming staff in a lobby that provided for space to enjoy a welcome drink. Great staff and super clean rooms! Breakfast was outstanding, and the Happy Hour each afternoon was such a treat! Great location!

The hotel manager was very attentive - messaged us in advance and even though we were arriving earlier than the check in time, they prepared a room for us. The hotel has wonderful new facilities, with rooftop where you can enjoy aperitivo. Very happy with our experience, highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and nice stay close to Termini. Thank you!

This is a very nice property. It appears to be newly renovated/updated. It is in a quiet part of Rome. It is a little out of the way, but nothing that a short cab ride won’t cure. We walked to A Lot of places, but my wife and I are pretty active.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and a wonderful way to start each day.

What truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible service. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make every stay special.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is excellent—perfect for exploring Rome on foot and with easy access to everything we wanted to see.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.

What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit around Rome and even helped us secure reservations at restaurants. Their local knowledge and kindness made our trip even more memorable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10—highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!
