Pros:

Everything was perfect,

Pas au niveau à Tulum

Nous sommes à Tulum depuis maintenant 4 mois et, lors de la venue de notre famille, nous avons choisi un appartement dans cet hôtel. Connaissant bien Tulum et les nombreuses résidences proposées dans la ville, nous avons malheureusement été déçus.

Le rapport qualité-prix nous semble élevé pour les prestations. La piscine sur le terrasse ressemble davantage à un jacuzzi mais l’eau était glacée. L’appartement est immense, mais assez vide.

La salle de sport est également limitée, avec uniquement des haltères et aucune vraie machine.

Pour un hôtel de cette chaîne, je trouve cela assez décevant. Un détail qui compte beaucoup pour moi : l’eau n’est pas potable, et contrairement à la plupart des résidences où nous avons séjourné ici à Tulum, seulement deux petites bouteilles d’eau étaient mises à disposition pour trois personnes. C’est un petit geste, mais cela reflète selon moi l’attention portée aux clients.

Prima Unterkunft mit toller Architektur und viel Grün in den Innenhöfen und auf der Dachterrasse.
Pros:

Das Apartment war super ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Toll war auch die geräumige und überwachte Tiefgarage sowie die schöne Dachterrasse mit Pools und Relaxbecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Die Zufahrt war etwas holprig, aber das wird sich sicher ändern.

Pros:

Das Design der Anlage ist ziemlich cool. Die kostenlose Tiefgarage ist super.

Cons:

Zimmer sehen unfertig aus, es gibt keine Ablageflächen, keinen Fernseher, keine Fön…
Außerdem war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig da es ein Verbindungszimmer zu einem Apartment war.
Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt.
Der Standort des Hotels liegt in einer nicht ausgebauten Gegend bei der es keine ausgebaute Straße gibt sondern nur wilder Weg mit teilweise riesigen Schlaglöchern.

It was very average. Mariott can and should do better than this.
Pros:

The location was good and the decor was very good.

Cons:

The layout of the 2 bedroom apartment was very awkward. There was plenty of space but it was not utilised well. The plunge pool was a total disappointment- dark and dirty.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación asique fue un lujo! Estuvimos muy comodos. Se come muy rico en el bar del ultimo piso y la pileta es soñada.

Cons:

Todo estuvo perfecto. Tener en cuenta que es un poco alejado si no contás con auto o moto.

L'appartement est spacieux, luxueux, confortable, bien équipé.
Belle résidence, avec cours de yoga gratuits, piscine et jacuzzi en rooftop.

Parking en sous-terrain appréciable
Derrière, vers l'acceès parking, un bel établissement local pour le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Dommage d'avoir une cuisine, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge et ne pas avoir au moins une dose de produits à disposition pour les utiliser.
A savoir l'accès se fait par des rues de la ville très cahoteuses.
De plus il faut prendre un véhicule pour aller en centre-ville et au bord de plage, tout à 10 mn en voiture.

Pros:

Apartmani su prekrasni, sve je novo i uredno. Apartman je poprilično velik, a na rooftopu se nalazi teretana, bazeni, kafić i fire pit. Cijeli objekt je prekrasno uređen i pun zelenila.

Cons:

Iako je soba bila prekrasna iz wca je cijelo vrijeme dolazaio smrad kanalziacije. Prestali smo koristiti taj wc te zamolili osoblje da dođe provijeriti. Jedan od zaposlenika je pošpricao s mirisnim sredstvom, nakon čega je bilo bolje par sati. No kroz noć nas je opet budio smrad jer je wc odmah pored kreveta.

Pros:

Rooftop pool, bar, and gym. Studio rooms have FULL kitchen with any appliance, dish, or utensil needed. The location is in an up and coming area with a handful of close places to eat. The ‘central’ area is only a 10 minute walk and was i never felt unsafe

Cons:

They were finishing up some construction outside the private patio so it wasn’t exactly private at times but nothing terrible.

Très propre, fonctionnel, chambre très spacieuse et équipement de qualité

Cons:

Localisation assez excentree et dans un quartier où il faut avoir un moyen de locomotion (scooter ou voiture)

If you're looking for a large, and all-encompassing place to stay in Tulum, this is the one.
Pros:

These Marriott-affiliated hotel-like apartments are outstanding. Everything from the sheer amount of space within the apartment, to the equipment and accommodations, is beyond what we expected, and were pleasantly surprised with the comfort in the rooms.

Cons:

Not necessarily the property's fault, but at least during our stay, there were a couple power outages that seemed to affect a large zone in Tulum. This is a problem because the A/C stops working, but perhaps more concerningly, the water pressure drops and it becomes impossible to shower when the power is out.

I enjoyed my stay overall
Pros:

Thissss place was it!! for me as a solo traveler, it was calm, neat and the bed was so comfy, I almost didn’t get out of bed for activities 😆. The staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. I didn’t have to drive, a particular ( please I forgot his name😫) helped book a bike for me and they brought it to me at the hotel, it was helpful in getting to the Centro which was pretty much close with a bike. The highlight of my trip was getting back to get a good rest at the end of the day, the rooftop pool side was soo beautiful I took loads of pictures for the gram.
