Cons:

Staff could have been abit friendlier at breakfast and bar service. Price for a shot of gin over the price of a cocktail, and then have to pay extra for a glass with ice, really not acceptable.

Nice, quiet area. Relaxing pool overlooking the water. Close to nice Chaweng beaches.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Spacious room with a water view. Big balcony. Quiet area. Pool overlooks ocean. Close to main Chaweng Beach. Breakfast. Soaking tub. This hotel is best enjoyed with a scooter; Grab/Bolt are a bit expensive and are necessary without your own transportation.

Cons:

The hotel does not always have a beach. Usually, the water is all the way up to the steps. When it does have beach, the water is very shallow. We rented scooters, so the location was fine, but with no transportation, restaurants and 7/11 are an uphill walk about 10 minutes away. We just rode to other beaches for our beach days and enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool other days.

I would come back again to this hotel, as it is great value
Pros:

The location was superb, it was away from the noisy area but still easy to walk to Chaweng Beach. The room was big, nice and clean with a massive balcony.

Pros:

Hôtel au bout d'une impasse donc très calme. Chambre au 4ème étage dans le grand bâtiment vieillissant.

Cons:

L'immeuble est un peu défraîchi et est séparé de la plage et de la piscine par une route. La climatisation est bruyante et les blocs moteurs des climatiseurs étaient juste derrière la porte de notre chambre et faisaient un bruit incroyable dans la chambre. De plus, j'ai donné mon linge à laver et tout avait déteint, plus rien n'avait les couleurs d'origine. J'ai fait une réclamation et ils m'ont repris mon linge mais qui est revenu dans le même état. Ça n'a pas eu l'air de les gêner plus que ça.

Pros:

Pool, Blick aufs Meer, Frühstück war gut, kannst auch wählen Einzeln. Kein stress mit liegen, das Meer ist mal hoch mal tief je nach Wetter. Wir hatten ein Bungalow. Ist nicht im Zetrum von Koh Samui Taxi kostet ca 300 THB in 7-8 min im getümmel und auf dem Abendmarkt.

Cons:

Jeden Tag Toilettenpapier stress zuwenig. Wenn es regnet ist das Dach von den Bungalows durchlässig regnet durch. Einwenig einsahm.

Die Terrasse war extrem gross mit wunderbarer Aussicht!

Cons:

Room-Service und wir hatten nur einen Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse. Nach Anfrage keinen zweiten bekommen.

ES WÄRE WÜNSCHENSWERT WENN BOOKING.COM DAS ALTER UND DIE LETZTE RENOVIERUNG EINER UNTERKUNFT ANGEBEN WÜRDE!!!!!!!
