Pros:

El lugar se ve nuevo, aislado totalmente de la ciudad.

Cons:

El desayuno es continental, lo que quiere decir que solo es un poco de fruta, yogurth, granola, café y 2 panecillos, lo. Cual no está mal, pero no lo especifican en lo que ofrecen solo dicen desayuno incluido, en el hotel hay zonas donde se pierde la señal de WiFi y en todo el hotel se pierde la señal de tu compañía telefónica entonces quedas totalmente incomunicado.

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpio. En general es un hotel nuevo y bien cuidado. Es tal y cuál se muestras en la imágenes.

Cons:

Un poco confusa la llegada , pero nada imposible. El desayuno que concluye es algo simple, espero pudieran incorporar algo más elaborado.

La atención desde antes de la llegada, la limpieza del lugar.

Cons:

La falta de señalizacion, no tiene a la vista(por ningún lado observamos) el nombre del hospedaje. Comparte entrada con un centro de rehabilitación, por lo que desde el acceso debería tener clara la ubicación del hotel, de la recepción. Por la ubicación considero que el precio es caro.
El lugar es frio y no cuenta con frazadas extra.

Definitivamente fue una mala experiencia.

Muy retirado del centro.

La habitación se ve limpia. Pero con una cama matrimonial para dos personas. Seria incómodo pasar la noche así.

Sin acceso cercano al estacionamiento, tienes que cargar maletas, ya que el estacionamiento está en terracería. Y no se muestra el acceso. Realicé llamada para solicitar información de dónde se encuentra la recepción, no hay anuncios.

Cons:

Por lo anterior, decidí no quedarme. Solicité llegar a un acuerdo y me cobraron el monto total de la habitación.

Así, me comentaron que tenía que pagar.

Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

Outstanding. Beautiful landscaping. Rooms perfectly clean. Bed so comfy. Restaurant is delicious. All the staff friendly but professional and super accommodating. If I could give it more tha 5 stars I would. Can’t wait for me next visit to swim in the new pool!!

Very good
Pros:

The room is very clean and the bed is incredibly comfy. The breakfast service is included and very nice. The only downside is that it’s a bit remote at the border of San Miguel de Allende. However, if you drove there, there is no problem.
