Pros:

家族旅行で宿泊しました。部屋はすごくきれい。
近くに安いコインパーキング、スーパー、コンビニもあり
観光後に全く不便はないです。

満足！
Pros:

駅近で、ライフやコンビニも近くにあるので便利でした。
部屋も清潔で、冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあり使いやすかったです。

Cons:

お湯がぬるかったです。
給湯器を60℃（max）まで上げましたが、お風呂のお湯は体感40℃ぐらいまでしか上がらず、冬には少し寒い。

I loved to have a kitchen and a sofa, it really felt like a small home version

Nice stay and reasonably priced, close to a big supermarket and some sushi restaurants.
Pros:

Size and cleanliness of the room. Location wise, it's close enough to the subway.

Cons:

No instruction for WIFI access, we only got it after asking on check in very late in the evening, would be nicer if it was posted inside the room.

良い立地

Cons:

ホテルの設備は少し古く、シャワーを浴びるたびに温度調節が大変でした。予約した部屋は2階だったので、荷物の多い旅行者にとっては悪夢のような場所でした。

我少訂了一晚，他們也給我加訂，省得再找飯店的困擾。
Pros:

緊鄰地鐵北巽站，交通便捷。附近其實也有傳統市場、超級市場，我蠻喜歡那家超級市場，給我們全家一種住在當地的感覺。超市斜對面有一家鐵道壽司、一家旋轉壽司。鐵道壽司CP值很高。進住就沿著河岸走就到了。
