Bien ubicado y colchón cómodo
Pros:

Ubicación, colchón, baños. Agua bien caliente y fuerte. Los empleados de recepción muy amables y el parking bien

El café del desayuno era muy malo, también el personal del desayuno no era muy simpático y dinámico. La almohadas muy incómodas y mucho calor

Excelente hotel de descanso y familiar
Pros:

Personal excelente, muy atento para cualquier ayuda y recomendaciones. El hotel tiene buen mantenimiento y habitaciones grandes. Y muy próximo a suiza para ir en auto (20’).

Cons:

Construcción cercanas y mucha tierra y ruido del tren.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Genf mit der Bahn oder Ivoire bzw. Annecy mit dem Auto zu besuchen!
Pros:

Ideale Unterkunft inklusive einer super Anbindung mit dem Zug (Leman Express) nach Genf, der Bahnhof von Annemasse ist nur ca. 350 m entfernt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, gute Wurst, Käse, Kaffeevarianten aus dem Automat, frisches Baguette-Brot, Orangen- und Apfelsaft, Milch, Müsli, Jogurt, gekochte Eier etc., alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Wir hatten zu dritt ein Apartment mit separaten Schafzimmer, Küchenzeile, Sitzgelegenheiten und Balkon im 6. Stock inkl. Aussicht auf die Gleise, den Bahnhof und umliegende Berge, das Bad war ausreichend groß mit viel Ablagefläche und Badewanne zum Duschen. Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren bequem, das Apartment war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter empfanden wir als besonders freundlich. Riesen Pluspunkt ist die hoteleigene, gesicherte Tiefgarage für 6,00 EUR am Tag. Im Umfeld vom Hotel gibt es einige Restaurants, das "Garden Family" (100m vom Hotel entfernt) hat uns am besten gefallen, haben dort zweimal zu Abend gegessen (Speisen und Getränke ausschließlich Halal), Tisch-Reservierung wird empfohlen.

Cons:

Die Lage an Bahngleisen und damit verbundener Lärm war uns vorher bekannt, daher keine Kritik am Hotel. Oropax nicht vergessen! Annemasse ist selber nicht so sehenswert.

Cons:

Client régulier de cet établissement, je suis particulièrement déçu par la gestion de mon dernier séjour.

Après avoir parcouru 600 km la veille et travaillé tard, je ne me suis pas réveillé à temps pour libérer la chambre à 11h. À 12h, la réceptionniste s’est permise d’entrer dans la chambre alors que je dormais encore, sans précaution ni vérification préalable, ce qui est inacceptable en termes de respect de la vie privée et de sécurité.

J’ai ensuite été facturé 20 € supplémentaires, avec pour seule explication un tarif de 10 € par heure de dépassement. Si je peux comprendre l’application de règles, la manière dont la situation a été gérée manque clairement de professionnalisme et de considération, d’autant plus envers un client fidèle.

Ce type de comportement ne correspond pas au niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre, et remet sérieusement en question mon choix de revenir dans cet établissement.

The hotel is very well located for travel to Geneva and for access to stores. The studio was also comfortable.

Cons:

We were woken up by a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, this lasted for al least 8 minutes and made getting rest difficult. Also, the deposit that was supposed to be realized at the end of the stay didn’t come through on the specified time and I had to dispute it with my bank after more than 3 weeks of nothing, so you might want to keep that in mind, your deposit might take a long time.

Apartamento correcto
Pros:

Parking en el mismo edificio, un poco difícil de acceder pero funcional por 6€. Habitación amplia y con cocina.
