Pros:

Ośrodek jest pięknie położony. Basen jest duzy, wygodny. W ogrodzie można odpoczywać bez końca. Pokoje są duże i dobrze wyposażone, wystrój jest specyficzny ale to już zostawiam do opinii każdego z gosći. Dojechać do hotelu nie jest trudno (adres który aplikacja grab przyjmuje jest tuż obok). To dobre miejsce wypadowe zarówno do okolicznych atrakcji (wodospadów, świątyń) jak i samej Loviny.

Cons:

Na śniadaniach przydałyby się owoce oraz trochę większy wybór

Sehr guter Rückzugsort mit „Rollerpflicht"
Pros:

Die Zimmeroption einzelne Villa ist den Angaben voll und ganz gerecht geworden. Man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe, kann jederzeit bei Bedarf für sich oder im Gemeinschaftsbereich essen.

Der Pool war sehr sauber & gepflegt, wie der Rest des Villabereiches.

Mit dem Hotel im Voraus als auch mit den Mitarbeitern vor Ort verlief die Kommunikation über WhatsApp problemlos und äußert schnell. Auf Wünsche wie Frühstück zum Mitnehmen für den Flughafenweg wurde eingegangen sowie auf kleinere Bedürfnisse wie Obstschneidemesser ebenso.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Mitarbeiter Arya durch seine exzellenten Englischkenntnisse, die bei Verständigungsschwierigkeiten jenseits von WhatsApp mit anderen Mitarbeitern jedes Problem sofort lösten sowie seine generelle Gewissenhaftigkeit und sein Mitdenken, als wir von unseren Reiseplänene erzählten. Darüber hinaus versorgte er uns mit praktischen Ortskenntnissen.

Die Frühstücksoptionen zwischen Mi Goreng, Nasi Goreng & American (verschiedene Ei Optionen) waren ortsüblich & sehr gut zubereitet - ohne Bali Belly oÄ.. Gelegentlich wurde auch Wasser aufgefüllt.

Das Housekeeping erfüllte zuverlässig die Aufgaben.

Die externen Kooperationspartner (Rollerverleih & Transfer) waren ebenso sehr zuverlässig & pragmatisch in der Umsetzung. Preislich zwar etwas über ortsüblichen Mengen, aber dafür pünktlich, flexibel & ohne Haken (Rollerwartung/Rückgabe usw.).

Cons:

Kleinigkeit wie Selbstständigkeit des Housekeeping. Bspw. leeres Toilettenpapier & leere Seifenspender. Keine Probleme, die sich nicht via WhatsApp binnen Minuten lösen lassen konnten.

Mücken. Mückenschutzmittel ist auf jeden Fall Pflicht. Das ist aber kein Umstand, für den das Hotel etwas kann, sollte aber bei der Anreise bedacht werden.

Die Lage: Roller fahren ist nahezu Pflicht. Der Verkehr Lovinas ist aber deutlich angenehmer als andererorts. Online Taxiservices funktionieren innerhalb Lovina/Buleleng, wenn es aber in den Süden gehen soll, ist ein Transfer zu empfehlen.

Tolle Villa mit tollem Service
Pros:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist herausragend, das Personal stets zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wurde ohne Aufpreis im Garten unserer Villa serviert.

Cons:

Die Lage ist mehr auswärts als erwartet. Man fährt 15-20 Minuten zum Strand. Grab ist nicht verfügbar, Gojek etwas schwerer zu bekommen als woanders .Aber: Wir haben am Ende immer was bekommen!

Super schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits vom Trubel.
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel etwas abseits vom Trubel. Der eigene private Pool ist mega. Generell waren die Zimmer sehr groß. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat immer sofort geholfen. Wir haben uns zwischendurch für eine Massage entschieden. 3 Massagen auf einmal konnten innerhalb von einer Stunde arrangiert werden!

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte noch ein wenig verbessert werden. Mehr Auswahl bzw beim American Frühstück einfach generell mehr.

A real retreat and and good price/quality
Pros:

We had the villa with 2 bedrooms, for a family this is perfect and then the price/quality is good.

Cons:

Some parts are dated and need updating/renovations, this would make it a 9. The restaurant was closed, but we could use grab for lunch. To go out for dinner you need a driver. This would make it a 10.

Prachtige accommodatie met vriendelijke personeel. In de direct omgeving zijn geen restaurants maar met een taxi ben je met 10 minuten in het centrum.

Rust, Groen om werkelijk tot jezelf te komen.
Pros:

Prachtige zeer kleinschalig resort met slechts 3 ruime naast elkaar gelegen van steen gebouwde verblijven met terras. En een wondermooie tuin en zwembad. Daarnaast nog 1 prive bungalow. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Om tot rust te komen zeker aan te raden.
De locatie is een zeer goede uitvalsbasis om dit deel van Bali te bewonderen met de watervallen, Strand van Lovina enz. enz.
Let op: Grab is hier niet actief. OV ook niet. Wel veel lokale taxi chauffeurs die je overal naar toe brengen voor een zeer schappelijke prijs.

Cons:

Door de rust en natuur daar zijn restaurants en winkels zonder eigen vervoer en/of taxi niet te bereiken. Wij waren goed ter been maar door de terrassen bouw van dit resort veel trappen dus geen aanrader voor bezoekers die slecht ter been zijn.

Clean nice hotel near Besakih

Extremely kind staff and beautiful garden

Cons:

Actually I left after one day even though I had 2 days booked. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself: clean and nice staff. Just it wasn’t my vibe. It felt “international hotel” like (as opposed to other accommodations I had in Bali), the room was kinda small and the food average. It’s a personal taste, I wanted something less impersonal for my Bali stay.

Best hotel in Lovina!
Pros:

The service of the staff is really lovely, they help you with all you need and are super friendly. The rooms are spacious, the swimmingpool is paradise. Would definitely book here again. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay🙏🏻

Cons:

There was a wifi hickup and the water was off for a moment but the staff immediatly fixed that. Everything was good:)
