Great room, great breakfast and lovely staff. Very good value.
The only downside was unstable internet in some rooms. I stayed a second night in a different room it the wifi was fine.

Rooms are older and somewhat worn. Beds are quite hard. This hotel is not even close to 5 star. Booking.com needs to reassess their rating methods. Plumbing was partially disconnected in the shower in two of the 4 rooms I rented.
The cleaning staff was good and friendly, and the girl from room service was nice.
Check in was slow and uninterested. The guy was singing to himself while typing into a computer for 15 minutes straight. Even though we were the only ones checking in. My child needed to nap and he did not care to check us in quickly.
There is NO shuttle in spite of what is advertised. They just call you a taxi but ONLY if you ask them 48 hours in advance.
The breakfast was not good. Everything is cheap, stale, old, cold, no variety. Horrible coffee.

Some things were not available on the menu,no one helped with my luggage, the room was stifling hot, I had to put the aircon on and leave the room until it cooled down.

Some weird feature that there is a closed door between different rooms. And you can hear people talking.
