Great Venue Location & Friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel met my expectations being well located and close to a bus stop and the U-Bahn. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with via Whatsapp for any queries and assistance. They were also kind enough to provide and upgraded room as a new year gift.

Cons:

We had a bit of a language barrier due to my limited knowledge in German. However we still managed to sort things out accordingly.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Kaffee und Tee durfte sich immer auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeit genommen werden.

Cons:

Die Verständigung war leider nicht immer ganz einfach, da der Mitarbeiter nicht gut deutsch sprach, auch englische Kommunikation war nicht möglich. Trotzdem sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal.
Die Lage des Hotels war nahe der Strassenbahn, liegt gut zu erreichen zu einer Fortbildungsveranstaltung im Osten der Stadt. Zur Stadtmitte benötigt man öffentlich ca 30 Minuten.

Sehr gute Atmosphäre, sehr sauber
Pros:

Nette saubere kleine Pension mit einem entzückenden Frühstücksraum mit wirklich fantastischem Frühstück, sehr nettes Service das die manchmal auftretende Sprachbarriere (vietnamesisch) immer sehr charmant lösen konnte.
