Easy to access. Room was a little small but very clean and for a 2 night stay where we were out and about it was fine and had everything we needed. A good spot for walking to the nightlife and shops. I'd stay again.
Good heating, excellent location, funny name, laundrette nearby, useful small fridge, smooth communication, good supply of tea, milk & coffee. Very clean toilet.
There could be a second small chair so couples could enjoy the table.

The room and inside the building was fresh and comfortable, quiet and peaceful.

I received a prompt message to ensure my arrival and make sure i had everything i needed
The only thing i would say is the room was to small for a proper wardrobe space to hang clothes and jacket, there was a small rail with a few hangers but not really enough space in the area so i didn't use it.

Instructions to operate the hearing and shower were missing also no desk
location was fairly central, convenient for train station and O2 academy so would be excellent for concert goers,
however it is right near noisy roundabout and is quite a dodgy area at night, DO NOT FORGET 6 digit key code for room !!,
The room itself was tiny and walls too thin so you could hear your neighbours chatting, but it had everything you need for the price, towels were tiny, more like tea towels, coffee and tea making facilities and bonus of a fridge, (convenient store just around the corner) excellent iron in room,
room was quite clean and very warm if you worked out how to use heater,
all in all very good value for money for intrepid travellers !!
The location and the neatness with the door lock system. The WiFi and streaming connection was superb.
There was no one to ask about anything. Although the property owner provided guidance but there are few questions and concerns that wasn’t addressed when I needed them because it takes long hours before the owner replies which made me feel disregarded, its poor as there is no helping hands. The feeling of neglect is very visible, the contact number has also been disconnected .E.g I needed help with wash hand basin as water wasn’t going, I had to do it myself. As well as asking about the Night club which was advertised but was non existence.
Estaba todo limpio, calefacción en la habitación y calefactor en el baño, muy buena ubicación al lado del centro. He leido malas reseñas sobre los colchones pero tanto mi amiga como yo dormimos bien y no tuvimos ningun problema con eso.
La unica pega que pongo es que yo pagué el check in temprano y aun asi no paraban de decirme que mi reserva era normal y que no habia cogido ese extra. Recuerdo perfectamente el precio que tenía sin el check in temprano y con el, y yo pagué más. La diferencia economica era poca, me molesta más porque yo llegué temprano a la ciudad y tuve que estar esperando 4 horas hasta que me mandaron el codigo de acceso a la habitación. Adjunto una captura de mi reserva en la que sale que tengo el extra incluido.
Perfect location, around 7 min walking to central train station, small shop in the same building as a Kebab shop, great place for those who are on business trip or short staying.
A bit small room but for short stay it's enough. When it started to rain, near door it started to leak water from ceiling

Was sent the wrong door code to get in at first. Not a major issue and quickly resolved.
The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was great for my work conference.
The bathroom was freezing cold and the towels could have been a bit larger, especially when having a shower. The room was small.
