Literie extrêmement mauvaise nous sommes repartis avec tous les 2 un mal de dos terrible. C’est vraiment TRÈS bruyant. L’hôtel est sur une rue très passante en continu et les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées. On entend nos voisins parler et regarder la tv. Les chambres sont tellement petites qu’on ne peut même pas poser nos valises. Pour entrer dans la salle de bain il faut faire des acrobaties car la porte est bloquée par le lit.
J’ai réservé à cause des commentaires qui sont mensongers

Great value, very clean and in a good location 😀👍
Pros:

Very clean and cosy. Good shower and plenty of fresh towels.Having a fridge is very handy. The location is very good and in walking distance to New Street Station, Bullring Shopping Centre, Markets, main shops theatres, museums, nightlife etc. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are new to Birmingham and coming from New Street station don't rely on Google Maps. It turns a 10 minute walk into 50😲.

Very good value for money & convenient location
Pros:

Great location and very clean, they provided earplugs and a white noise machine for outside noise which worked well.

Cons:

Area was not so great - litter outside and on a busy street.

Room is okay for a short stay. Small but functional The WiFi is very poor this makes the TV unusable..

Great accommodation!
Pros:

Wow, what a great place to find/stay in. Location was perfect, near the train station/city centre and it was so quiet, room was more than we expected (could not fault it) and the communication from the owner, Roberto was exceptional - thank you! The friendliness of everyone near the accommodation, shops, eating places etc was a bonus, we would certainly not hesitate to book this gem of a place again.

A good stay. Would return.
Pros:

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. A good central location.

Cons:

The location was noisy - traffic noise and people outside making a noise at night. The owners did their best by providing a gadget to try to muffle the sound. No terrestial TV channels.
