I'm very happy with the stay
Pros:

Nice location with direct bus to NYC as advertised. Provided breakfast options are nice and you can DYI. The facilities provided inside the apartment are good quality, well thought and function well.
All you need is follow the given instruction step by step, all the information about the access to door, wifi, etc are available.
Host Lucas is very supportive and prompt response. Very comfortable stay I had. Perfect choice.

Cons:

Tiny dislike the wet floor around the toilet after shower - hard to avoid - but this is very tiny personal preference. The whole apartment is beautifully arranged and more importantly, it functions well.
Could be customary in US which I'm not very familiar with: you may need to choose to pay a little extra amount for the insurance to cover the damage or put up the deposit to cover the damage if any. This is a bit unexpected for those who are not familiar like me but it's all good.

Amazing modern appartement in a great location ! we’ll be back!!
Pros:

The location was amazing, very close to New York with a bus stop right in front of the apartment! The place is clean and modern with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which was a big plus for our long stay. There was also some supermarkets nearby which were very convenient ! Overall, the apartment was perfect for our trip!! The host was kind and helpful, always responding very quickly and assisting us whenever we had an issue.

Cons:

There is unfortunately no central heating, only electric heaters or AC units, which made the air quite dry since we had to run them 24/7 due to the cold wave in January! This is probably not an issue at other times of the year though. We also had a plumbing issue with the toilet, but it was fixed quickly.
