The location was acceptable and the unit size was reasonable.

Cons:

Customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, especially during time-sensitive situations like check-out.

There were no clear signs or notices inside the unit stating that durian was prohibited, yet we were penalized regardless. As guests unfamiliar with local rules, this should have been clearly displayed in the unit, not enforced after the fact.

The check-out time of 11:00 AM is earlier than standard and no flexibility or assistance was provided, despite our request. Messages were ignored until it was convenient for them to respond.

On top of that, the TV and WiFi did not work for the entire night, which significantly affected the stay. This issue was not resolved nor compensated.

Overall, the management lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service skills. The experience felt more like dealing with penalties than hospitality.

everything is great, the room the location the facilities and the price. one thing i would suggest is to maybe add a door lock latch for added security if possible. would add more sense of security from my personal opinion

suitable for two or three (children) I stayed for 2 nights.
Pros:

The admin provides a sink for washing food containers, mops, cloths, extra footwear and a Qibla direction indicator because some of the guests are Muslim.
