Great location, comfy bed, just a few minor issues, otherwise brilliant value.
Pros:

The location is excellent, so close to everything. Our room was lovely - spacious, really comfy bed and very quiet. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Really good value.

Cons:

The TV in our room only worked on BBC1 and the shower appeared to have 2 settings - hot and boiling hot. If we had been staying longer I would have asked for a change of room but we were only here for one night and hardly in the room.

Great location, clean and luxurious rooms

Cons:

Went to the bar at 10:45 (said it shuts 11pm) and was declined a glass of wine. Would understand if wanted a lot, but one glass of wine when still open and a guest was slightly disappointing

The building is very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Room door card did not work despite having it changed twice. Staff had to let me in to my room. I stayed in a room at rhe front of the hotel and the street noise could be heard clearly until around 2am when the music stopped and people headed home.

Great value, very nice stay in a perfectly located hotel
Pros:

Beautiful building. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and spacious room. Perfect location in the city.

Cons:

There was a noisy group above us one night, but there's not much that could have been done about that. Management were able to provide earplugs and tried to get in touch with the partiers to turn it down.
