Super 8 by Wyndham Great Falls City Center

It was really loud. There was a big gap under the door so it sounded like people were right in the room. There were coffee supplies, but no coffee pot. No hairdryer. I killed two spiders in the room.

Our room wasnt cleaned once in our 8 night stay. They never replaced our towels or took out our garbage. If we ran out of anything, we had to ask for it and wven then it wasnt filled.

Was a very run down facility, mildew and exhaust smells. Let homeless woman hang out in the dining area two mornings in a row.

No one at desk. Always had a sign up that they were away busy. Room not clean, bathtub dirty with hairs on wall. Sheets stained with dirt at foot of bed. Shorted hand towels and bar soap.

How I was told after they took my money that I wasn't able to stay there

The coffee pot was not working. I tried to get ahold of front desk but number listed on phone to call didn't work. I also noticed water on the floor by the wondow and discovered when you step om the vinly flooring it seeps up from underneath. I went down to front desk and the guy at the desk said the number in the room is wrong and they haven't updated all the phone stickers???? Seems like something a guest should know.

I told him about the coffee pot not working and also that near the window when you step on the vinyl floor water was seeping up through the cracks. We were on the second floor so that seemed odd. I never heard anymore. The coffee pot didn't get replaced, the water coming up through the floor was not addressed.

The housekeeping staff was working hard but either they were extremely loud or theres no insulation or maybe both because all during the day you could hear them talking and banging doors. It was not super loud at night tho so it didn't keep us from sleeping.

I would probably have given them better review if there had at least been some explanation and some effort made to give us a working coffee pot.

The building also smells like smoke and workers sit outside and smoke. It says it's a smoke free facility but especially the halls and elevator smelled strongly of it.

The area the hotel is located is downtown and pretty sketchy at night although there was a well lit parking garage so you weren't wandering around or searching for a parking spot. The free breakfast was actually pretty good and there was coffee available all the time which was nice since our coffee pot didn't work.

I personally would not stay here again. It seemed like the building was old and kinda falling apart and they were trying to keep some parts updated but not keeping up.

Tv didnt really work. The bottom of thr bed. If you touched the bottom, it made a loud noise. Kids running up and down the hall in the middle of the night

Finding this place was impossible! We drove around for two hours, called and were told, "We are right here," no explanation that there wasn't a 200 street when entering from the freeway, and that we needed to go to the Civic Center to find Central Ave. We finally stopped at a restaurant where a waitress explained the problem to us.

The toilet ran all night, the shower had no safety bars, there were no wash cloths, and the walls were so thin we heard people in the hall by the elevator talking until 3 am.
