Preciosas vistas
Pros:

La recepción excelente, donde recogí la tarjeta de acceso al estacionamiento cubierto que está en frente. El hotel está impecable en todas sus estancias, la habitación amplia, con una preciosa vista al mar. Aire acondicionado eficiente y silencioso, nevera en la habitación, agua de cortesía; baño impoluto. Óptima presión de agua en la ducha. Hay máquinas de vending en el primer piso a precios bajos.
La zona tiene de todo, como alquiler de bicicletas, comercios, bares, restaurantes, y frente a la playa.
Llevaba pocas expectativas, pero las ha superado con creces. Ver el amanecer desde la cama, un espectáculo!

Pros:

Die Lage am Strand war top mit Blick auf das Meer. Es war absolut sauber und komfortabel. Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, aber war für 2 Nächte absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Kaffeeautomat ging leider nicht.

Mejor costo beneficio de Valencia en frente a la playa.
Pros:

La habitación que me dejaron era GIGANTESCA...super limpia, todo renovado. Realmente muy bueno. Estaba muy caluroso en Valencia, así que el aire condicionado estaba sufriendo para aguantar la temperatura. Habían dos en la habitación que era gigantesca, uno probablemente necesita de gas.

Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Nachts ist es durch die rund um liegenden Clubs sehr laut bis 4 Uhr morgens. Die Nachttisch Lampen sind mittig über dem Bett angebracht! Verletzungsgefahr. Das Emergency Licht ist auch nachts dauerhaft an. Nur dann zu Empfehlen wenn man nicht plant Nachts zu schlafen. Hotel für Partymäuse ok !

I would not recommend it.
Pros:

Breakfast was not available at all, even though the listing stated that it could be ordered. There is no restaurant in the hotel, just two vending machines: one for coffee and one for snacks.
The location has both advantages and drawbacks. The beach is only about 250 metres away, but the route takes you past the back entrances of restaurants, where it is extremely dirty. There is also a construction site nearby, and the whole stretch looks like a rubbish dump.
On the positive side, there are shops, restaurants and a promenade within easy walking distance. Public transport stops are also very close, making it convenient to get around.

Cons:

The information on the listing, particularly about breakfast and the room photos, did not match what we actually received.
Although our double room was fairly spacious and had a sofa, it had no kettle, proper glasses or cups, or table. After cleaning each day, we were left with two disposable paper cups. For some reason, there was only one bedside table. The room also looked directly onto a wall. Overall, there was a substantial difference between the impression given by the listing and the reality.
When we raised this with the staff, they politely explained that “rooms vary” and that the rooms we preferred cost more. They tried to help us move, but the only alternative was available for just two nights and required a 30% supplement. In the end, we did not change rooms, although they did provide an electric kettle.
We were allocated an accessible room, although neither my wife nor I required these facilities.
In my opinion, this hotel does not offer good value for the price charged.

Podría haber estado muy bien.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la playa.
El personal de recepción, sobre todo el señor un poco más mayor, muy majo.
Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.
Muy buena presión de ducha y gran espacio de almacenamiento en el baño.
Una terraza con vistas maravillosa, con muebles de jardín bastante decentes.

Cons:

El mobiliario muy viejo, con armarios medio rotos.
No hay ni un colgador en el baño. ¿Dónde ponemos las toallas?
Ya que hay (o había) una pequeña cocina, podrían poner una cafetera y un microondas. Como curiosidad, nos dejaron 2 platos, 2 cucharas y 2 cuchillos, pero ningún tenedor. Dado que no hay placa, ni microondas, no tiene mucho sentido que lo pongan.
Un olor nauseabundo que viene de un retrete mal fijado. Sólo fueron capaces de darnos un potente ambientador con una duración teórica de 24 horas, que a los 10 minutos apestaba ya.
