Weinig douches en gelegenheden om bij het zwembad te liggen.

Er was slechts 1 douche beschikbaar voor alle hutjes. De rest was kapot.

I would just add more hooks in the rooms to hang stuff on. I would line the walls with them because there’s not a lot of furniture in there and it’s a beach town.

Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate quindi quando un vicino rientra (ed è rumoroso come quello che avevamo noi) senti tutto, è come stare nella stessa stanza. In più avrei voluto avere qualche scelta in più per la colazione: ci sono solo 5 o 6 opzioni disponibili per chi ha colazione inclusa, quando in realtà sul menu ce ne sono molte in più. Ma chiaramente sono piccolezze rispetto al fatto che la struttura è molto bella. Però se devo trovare qualche malus sono questi due.

Para ser un hostal y tener habitaciones privadas la calidad precio es elevada, reserve espacio también para mí mascota 450$ por noche fue el cargo adicional,sin tener un solo detalle en la habitación para el perrito, no cuencos, no golosinas no nada..
Es la primera vez que no nos ponen nada por la mascota pero pagar solo para que el perrito de kilo y medio pueda dormir dentro de su propio transportin en la habitación.

Las sabanas , antes las sabanas y los duvets eran muy buenos ahora las sabanas se sienten como lijas hasta pense que tenia arena la cama, pero en realidad eran las sabanas que se hacían bolitas , y picaban , no se si cambiaron de proveedor de sabanas pero eran mejores las anteriores , de ahí en fuera todo bien

Desde el momento de la reservacion todo fue con mentiras me hicieron creer una cosa y al momento de la llegada fue otra y no solo a mi grupo de familia si no a otros huespedes que llegaron al momento que nosotros, los climas de la shabitaciones no funcionaban los baños fuera de servicio, nadie se acerca a dar una soluccion, los recepcionistas se hechan la bolita entre ellos y cuando la persona con la que tuve contacto desde la reserva aparecio solo dijo disculpas falta de comunicacion.. y si mucha falta de comunicacion porque para compensar la situcion nos ofrecieron el desayuno en cortesia cuando nos acercamos al restaurante nos hicieron esperar porque a las chicas de restaurante nadie les habia avisado y desconozian lo que le estabamos comentando, ya para la tarde del domingo se acerco una persona para decirme que si reserve por BOOKING que el reembolso de la noche que ya no usaria por la mala experiencia que lo viera con ellos. La verdad no se los recomiendo hay mucha desorganizacion falta de comunicacion poco profesinalismo lo que ofrecen el redes sociales no es nada de lo que hay realmente

Celeste was a HORRIBLE front desk agent. She talked to me rudely and made negative comments about me in Spanish, not knowing I spoke and understood it very well. Even Aida overheard her while she was checking in other guests say rude things. I initially arrived early & was told my room would be ready at 3 pm, understandable. So I checked in, signed for my key and received my wristband to go in and out. She then told me that I could leave my luggage behind the counter and I declined because it was not in a secure area. Guests had the leisure of walking in/out at any time. I let her know I'd rather put my bags in my friend's room, who'd already been there since Tuesday. She then tells me I can't do that & it made no sense. Needless to say I left it in her room anyway, it was MY BAGS!! When I returned at 2:56 pm, she THEN charged me (and only me out of my group I later learned) $100 pesos for my room key. I questioned as to why that was not done during the initial check in phase, and she became sassy.

Now, I get to my room & she assigned it to another couple and made no effort to correct the situation. I was given another room but had to wait 30 mins for them to "fix something". 30 mins later I was told to wait another 30 mins to replace the AC. Eventually by 5 pm I was able to get into the new room. Pedro offered breakfast, but my room already came with that. So then he said he'd take one night off and refund me - STILL WAITING!!!

Then the icing on the cake, there was no hot water, nor was it luke warm. Call me Americanized if you want, but at least the Motel 6 and Super 8 have hot water. And I don't want to hear nothing about it's on a small island. I have traveled near and far and have never not had any hot water. Hot water kills germs, so that means the place is not cleaned well if they are cleaning with cool water. Sorry NOT SORRY.

I was literally over it at this point.
