Pros:

Everything. What a vibe. Such a beautiful boho green lush property close to everything you need close by steps away in Isla mujeres. Padi dive shop on site. Right on the beach, although you can’t swim in the ocean, too rough water. Kitties waltzing around. Bar and restaurant. Sometimes live music. Coffee shop on site. Bar and restaurant. Cowork space. Decent internet. Overall loved it for its value and would definitely return

The rooms weren’t very sound proof, if you know what I mean.

Pros:

The location is good if you stay in the north of the island. The kitchen is clean and taken care of. Bathrooms / showers are also clean. There are places to relax at the beach. Many options actually to sit / stay. I liked that the blanket was kind of thick so to not suffer from AC.

Cons:

It was not possible to swim at the beach that is directly at the hostel. That was a big disappointment. Showers are not warm.

I’ve always loved this property so conveniently located and right on the beach. It has everything I need for an excellent vacation

Cons:

Not allowed to swim in the ocean.. I know it’s dangerous but it’s the only thing missing from an otherwise perfect resort

A fabulous stay, met amazing travelers, and super friendly staff!
Pros:

The location was fantastic!!! It is in the heart of downtown, but still far way from the noise and chaos of the main street. Being in front of the beach is a plus! The staff is friendly, respectful, and caring. Bathrooms are spotless!!! A big shout out to Javi, he goes above and beyond to make the guests' stay a very pleasant one!!! Applauses and kuddos to him, and to.all the amazing staff!!

Easy walk from the ferry, right on a quiet beach but close enough to the swimmable Playa Norte

L’emplacement, la chambre individuelle est immense, la cuisine partagée est très belle, la piscine est super

Cons:

La propreté. Notre chambre n’a pas été faite tous les jours. Les serviettes de toilettes n’ont pas été changées tous les jours. Et dès le deuxième jour il y avait du sable dans le bac à douche et il n’a jamais été enlevé.!!!
Pas d’eau chaude et pas du tout de pression dans la douche.
La plage où il est interdit de se baigner, car ce n’est pas le bon côté de l’île

Pros:

El establecimiento es lindo! Nos tocaron días de lluvia y fue clave contar con esa playita dentro del hotel para poder estar cerca del mar cada vez que salía el sol. Aunque en esa playa no está permitido nadar, el hotel está muy cerca de las playas del norte.
El personal fue muy atento y cuando les mencionamos el problema con un ruido intenso del motor de un aire acondicionado que funcionaba mal, enseguida nos cambiaron a otra.

Cons:

Las paredes son finitas y se escucha demasiado a las personas conversando por la noche en las habitaciones contiguas.
La ducha por momentos no salía muy caliente en el horario post playa, cuando todos los huéspedes se duchan. Fuera de ese horario, si funcionaba bien.

Pros:

Hotel ist von der Fähre in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, Check in war sehr schnell, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Privatzimmer nicht super groß aber absolut ausreichend, AC + Ventilator gut, es gibt im Zimmer eine Möglichkeit um etwas aufzuhängen. Gemeinschaftsbad sauber und ausreichend verfügbar. Gute Ausstattung der Gemeindschaftsküche und viel Platz.

Wunderschöner Strand + Pool in der Anlage mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Am Strand durfte man allerdings nicht baden. Playa Norte / El Cocal Besch aber fußläufig in ca. 10-15 min. erreichbar.
Cafe/Restaurant im Hotel war super und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Tauchbasis an Hotel angegliedert (Kurse + Ausflüge z.b. nach MUSA), Räder können vor Ort ausgeliehen werden!

Cons:

Schade, dass man am Strand nicht baden konnte!

Best option for digital nomads
Pros:

Patio for yoga, free water, big kitchen area, sand area with the sea view, workspace was great, wifi perfect, great location, hammock but was only one

Cons:

No yoga mats provided, cold in the room with AC, activities are boring, I had to change the room without telling me before, also there was no water, lot of repairing going on that was disturbing, staff at reception was not so friendly, bathrooms are small, no place to dry your clothes
