Pros:

Das es direkt am Meer war.
Das Unterhaltungs-Team war einfach fabelhaft

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber.
Die Bettdecken waren immer schmutzig bzw. fleckig.
Das Hotel ist 2 Sterne und nicht 5 Sterne

Pros:

I had a short stay at Armas Life Belek, but despite the limited time, I was truly impressed with everything. The hotel’s overall performance exceeded my expectations in every way — from cleanliness to service, everything was flawless. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Pınar at the reception. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and constant support made my stay much more pleasant and memorable. Even though it was a short holiday, I left with wonderful memories, and Armas Life Belek will definitely be one of my top choices for future vacations.

Oda temizliği süper. Sahili geniş ve herkese yetecek kadar şezlong mevcut. Pastanesi mükemmel. Çalışanları çok yardımsever 1 gün kalmama rağmen çok ilgilendiler. Odada karşılamaya attıkları meyve ve şarap çok kibar bir davranıştı. Odalarıda ayrıca rahat geniş ve konforlu

Я не смог больше одного дня там оставаться.
Pros:

Завтрак одобразный, не большой выбор еды.

Cons:

Мне не выдали инвойс, сказали обратиться в booking, ужасная кухня, мухи летают по всюду в ресторане, грязная и старая посуда. Комнаты грязные и в принципе вся гостиница ужасная. Не рекомендую.

Pros:

Hotel dobrze usytuowany. Blisko sklepów. Plaża hotelowa również bardzo blisko . Tuż za basenami.

Cons:

4 windy i każda brudna w środku. Przydałoby się aby min raz dziennie obsługo je czyściła. Byłem 4 dni i było widać że to miejsce jest nie sprzątane.

Pros:

Большой просторный номер, есть вид и на море, и на горы. В целом у отеля немалая территория, и первая линия, конечно, радует.
В лобби звучит приятная музыка (либо классика (Бетховен, Бах), либо джаз).
Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, говорят и на русском, и на английском.
По вечерам проходят шоу, даже дождь не помеха:)

Прекрасная кухня, особенно понравился grill house. На завтраке можно особо выделить мед в сотах и захватывающий процесс приготовления яичницы.
Несколько локаций на территории, где делают отличные коктейли (и запоминают предпочтения).
Кроме того, есть локации с мороженым, с десертами, с перекусами. Все очень вкусное:)

Из приятных мелочей: можно взвесить чемодан перед выездом, чтобы не было неожиданностей в аэропорту.

Выражаю особую благодарность Сабине из reception за оперативное решение вопросов и за прекрасный номер на третьем этаже.

Keine Empfehlung dieses Hotel zu wählen
Pros:

Zimmer ok

Cons:

Niemals ein 5* Hotel.
Personal spricht wenn überhaupt nur schlecht englisch.
Alles auf russische Gäste ausgerichtet.
Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt.
Essen/Buffet, egal ob Frühstück oder Abend immer kalt und wenig ansprechend aufbereitet.
Getränke, Cocktails etc. eine Katastrophe.
Im A la carte Restaurant nie Platz.
Gesamte Anlage unordentlich.
Strand nicht ansprechend und auch nicht besonders sauber.
Personal zum Großteil unfreundlich.
Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt zum Vergessen.

Хороший отель за свои деньги! Испарвить: поменять матрасы на лежаках на пляже (или целиком лежаки), уволить администрат
Pros:

Отличная еда! Её качество и разнообразие блюд! Было все очень много и очень вкусно. Были такие изыски как форель и мёд в сотах! Огромный стол наивкуснейших пирожных!

Бассейн- хороший, большой, приятный, хлором не пахнет

Cons:

Сотрудники СПА! Это катастрофа!
Очень навязчивые, как цыгане на рынке, хватали за руки!
Было очень не комфортно посещать СПА и даже меня полотенце к ним пошли, лишь бы их избежать!

Good value and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very good hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The pool was large and clean. The food was varied and delicious. Great value for money. Entertainment was acceptable.

Cons:

the meat was mostly chicken or fish.
The beach is nearby, but there were a lot of rocks on it.

Фрукты с вином в подарок были гнилые, уборка недостаточно хорошая, вид на море с балкона оказался видом на стройку и сбоку где-то там было море, развлечения были больше для детей

Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hatte jedoch immer sehr viel zu tun. Gerade im Restaurant könnte in Stoßzeiten mehr Personal eingesetzt werden. Im Schwimmbereich am Meer sind Schwimmringe befestigt, an denen man sich immer wieder festhalten kann. Der Strand selbst ist steinig, das Wasser ist sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Besonders beim Abendessen ist es schwer, einen Tisch im Freien zu ergattern, weil das Restaurant ab 18 Uhr völlig überfüllt ist. Das Personal kommt kaum nach, die Tische abzuräumen. Auch der Ausschank der Getränke beim Abendessen ist unterbesetzt, so dass man lange ansteht. Das Personal bringt zwar auch Getränke, ist aber aufgrund der verhältnismäßig wenigen Mitarbeitern total im Stress, dennoch immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Katastrophe – niemals 5 Sterne, wir sind vorzeitig abgereist!

Cons:

• Hygiene: Haare überall im Zimmer und Bad, verschmutzte Matratze, Decke mit Urinfleck, Schmutz (sogar Fingernagel auf Möbeln), Dusche überflutet das Bad.
• Essen & Anlage: Pool und Meer schmutzig, Essen unhygienisch, eintönig und nicht genießbar.
• Personal & Service: Unfreundlich, Gäste wurden ignoriert. Uns wurde sogar gesagt, dass sich das Hotel hauptsächlich um russische Gäste kümmert, weil diese mehr Trinkgeld geben – eine absolute Frechheit und Diskriminierung.

Dieses Hotel ist niemals 5 Sterne wert, höchstens 2–3. Wir haben unseren Urlaub abbrechen müssen. Eine einzige Enttäuschung und pure Geldverschwendung!
