Cons:

Meine gehörlose Freundin Claudia war vom 19. bis 23. März in Ihrem Hotel.

Wir hatten erwartet, dass die Bettwäsche täglich gewechselt wird, doch dies geschah während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht.

Außerdem stellten wir fest, dass das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt wurde. Weder die Böden wurden gesaugt noch das Badezimmer gereinigt!

Wir hatten auch erwartet, dass jeden Morgen ein Frühstücksbuffet bereitsteht, doch es gab nichts.

Bei der Buchung des Zimmers hatten wir online Fotos vom angebotenen Frühstück gesehen. Es sah sehr appetitlich aus, daher waren wir schockiert, als unsere Freundin uns erzählte, dass es überhaupt nicht so aussah wie auf den Online-Fotos. Es war komplett leer! Sie musste sich ihr Frühstück selbst in einem nahegelegenen Geschäft kaufen.

Einmal wollte sie sich an der Stelle, wo eigentlich das Frühstücksbuffet stehen sollte, selbst etwas zu trinken zubereiten. Dabei stellte sie fest, dass das gesamte Equipment stark verschmutzt war!

Der Service des Hotels war offensichtlich äußerst mangelhaft! Das Zimmer wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, es gab keine frische Bettwäsche, und das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung.

Wir sind mit dem Service, den Ihr Hotel unserem Freund während seines Aufenthalts geboten hat, überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Wir erwarten Ihre Antwort.

Nice rooms but maintenance and service extremely patchy.
Pros:

Rooms were warm and very clean.

Cons:

There appears to be only one member of staff on the premises at any one time, and they are not necessarily trained to sort out any problems that arise. I have also experienced repeated problems with security there. The first time I stayed, I came back to find that housekeeping had left my room door open. On the most recent trip the lock on my door didn’t work properly, and someone who wasn’t a guest made it into the reception area past the locked front door.

Pros:

A decent room, isn't too over crowded but has the basics people would most likely need. Not far located from a bus stop.

I can't pin point anything in particular. Only thing I can think is there is only stairs, no lifts.

Easy access to central london with buses and underground being nearby
Pros:

It was an easy journey to central london.

Cons:

There were hairs in the shower before we even used it. There were no toiletries in the shower only hand soap. The ‘TV’ was about 10 inches big and outdated

Colourful and comfortable
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated. Absolutely delightful as long as you're not expecting beige. The room was warm and comfortable. No complaints about the bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing really. The hallway was a bit tricky to navigate after a few drinks but that's hardly the fault of the hotel.

Excellent.
Pros:

The place was nice and clean. Bedroom and bathroom facilities very confortable. Everything working fine. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful in every circustance we needed help. No lifts and stairs are a bit tricky so if you have difficulties going up ask for a room on the first floor maximun! Location is great full of shops, restaurants and pubs around.

en plein milieu de Camberwell. le personnel à l'accueil est très gentil, ils nous ont prêtè des adaptateurs pour les prises électriques. salle de bain simple mais efficace. Pour le prix, c'était très bien.

Cons:

simple vitrage aux fenêtres donc un peu bruyant mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles aucun soucis, prévoyez un masque pour la lumière du jour. juste un petit rideau devant la fenêtre. la chasse d'eau était capricieuse (chambre 31)
