Overall great! We will be back :)
Pros:

Location was great. Loved the interior design.

Cons:

A little noisy as it is located on a main road. The wardrobe doors were spoilt and kept opening up. The teapot was also not cleaned prior to our stay.

Poor
Pros:

Giving a score of 3 only because the decor was tasteful, the staff were polite, and the balcony offers a nice view. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here unless these concerns are properly addressed.

Cons:

We stayed at Loft 8 (corner unit) of the Twin Palms Hotel for two nights via Booking.com.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. It was described as a "one-bedroom house" with peaceful, aesthetic surroundings, which led us to believe we were booking a private and tranquil retreat.

The listing also advertised a "private sauna and pool," which turned out to be part of an off-site recovery club located more than a short walk away. This was not clearly stated.

When we raised our concerns at check-in, we received only standard, dismissive responses from the villa management team (Apex). Despite offering to share screenshots showing the misleading information, they were not open to further discussion.

While most of the loft was clean, the bed appeared to be an issue. We experienced bites and skin irritation during our stay and later confirmed they were bed bug bites, which was extremely disappointing.

I encourage the management to update their listings with accurate descriptions and to take guest feedback more seriously in order to improve the experience for future visitors.
