Ne mérite pas du tout les cinq étoiles, mais plutôt trois. Vraiment loin du centre-ville.

Cons:

Trop loin du centre, les équipements absents (pas de mini bar, pas de sèche-cheveux dans l’une des chambres), la nourriture (très cher pour ce qu’il y a dans les assiettes, manque souvent de produits que les Orange le matin au petit-déj’ pour un jus de fruit frais)

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Beautiful setting in a lush garden, spacious and very comfortable family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The staff were exceptional, especially the young man working in the evenings. Wow, truly a wonderful experience with top-notch service.
Gorgeous pool and stunning gardens.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better organized. The food itself is delicious, nothing to complain about in terms of quality. However, the organization could be improved. That said, the young women working at breakfast are incredibly kind and attentive.

Ein wunderschönes, kleines Resort zum Wohlfühlen

Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön angelegt, ein gepflegter Garten, traumhafte Vegetation. Unsere Pool Villa war uneinsichtig, sehr privat und großzügig gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr liebenswert, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Man kann sagen familiär. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier rundum wohl.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, kein Problem, die Tuktuks werden organisiert, 1x täglich sogar kostenlos. Die Organisationen gewünschter Ausfahrten werden seitens der Rezeption nochmals mit dem Tuktuk-Fahrer besprochen, so dass wirklich immer alles perfekt gepasst hat. Hier ist der Gast König.

Chambre très grande
La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, de M Visal et toute son équipe
Le vaste choix d’ activité proposé
Le tuktuk gratuit une fois par jour

Cons:

La décoration et les rangements de la chambre pourrait être améliorés ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui reste correct
Un peu éloigné du centre mais très paisible en échange, 5 minutes de plus que Siem Reap pour aller à Angkor , ça reste raisonnable

My best resort experience in Asia, staff is so professional. Its so clean and tidy, you really feel welcomed from the start to the end.. they go beyond and more to make your stay memorable.
Its so quiet and the vibe is like an faiytail, the private pool suite is the finest ⭐️
A’la carte breakfast was made by professionals.

Отель очень красивый и чистый! Тихий и уютный! Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда рад помочь) много приятных бонусов в отеле. Скидки на массаж, в ресторане) было очень приятно при выселении получить подарочки от отеля ( шарфики и магнитики)

A gem in Siam Reap
Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff were very well trained, the room was huge, the place was quiet, the pool was great for swimmers, and the breakfast was amazing. I must say that this hotel is perfect for those who like quietness and star gazing.

I must say I was truly satisfied with the service. The hotel staff arranged transportation to some remote temples and it was a perfect trip. The tuk tuk service to the center of the town is another plus. I highly recommend this place.

Cons:

Nothing. I will definitely consider this hotel in future visits to SR.

Pros:

Wir waren 9 Nächte hier und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team an der Rezeption (Ms. Sreykeo, Ms. Sophea, Ms. Nith und Mr. Visal) waren bei allen Anliegen hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Serviceteam beim Frühstück und Abendessen war überaus freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen.
Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem und es war alles sehr sauber.
Einen besonderen Dank auch an Mr. Savong, unseren Tuk-Tuk-Fahrer des Vertrauens! Wir mochten seine freundliche und natürlich Art sehr.
